Very little to no communication, which made things even more uncomfortable. The beds don't have an actual head rest for facing downwards, so my face was smushed into the makeshift one on top of the bed + a paper towel... Parking is limited due to the area -- I had found street parking a few blocks away. I was shorted on the time a tiny bit, but only realized once I was in my car and driving home (because I noticed the time was exactly an hour after I had walked in to the shop). 60 minutes should be exactly 60 minutes. Overall, uncomfortable experience and I would not do it again :(
