DO NOT GO HERE -- HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE…read more My partner and I stopped by a few days ago to check this place out since they don't have a website. We were greeted by one of the therapists who didn't speak English. She handed us a card and told us to call the number on it, so we left. Today, we decided to book an appointment. Scheduling was easy -- we called, and they were able to fit us in for 3:30 PM. When we arrived a few minutes after 3:30, we were shown to our rooms. My partner went into theirs, and I stood there awkwardly while the therapist just stared at me. Eventually, she asked if I was paying with cash or card. I said either was fine, but instead of taking me to a register or anywhere to pay, we just kept standing there staring at each other until she opened a back room door. When I said I could pay by card, she quickly said "cash only." So for two massages, I paid $140 in cash -- and by then, it was already around 3:45 or 3:50 PM. She showed me to a different room to get ready, and right away, I noticed how bad the setup was. The "head hole" on the massage table was literally covered with a paper towel, and it was so small it felt like it was made for a child's face. The "sheet" to cover myself was just a small towel. When the therapist came back in, she still didn't speak English and kept pushing her phone in my face to use a translation app. The app barely worked unless you basically yelled into it, so most of what we said didn't translate correctly. I asked if she could add hot stones and CBD oil, and told her I'd pay extra with the tip after since I already paid cash. She said yes, but looked confused and kept leaving the room to talk to the other lady. No hot stones or CBD oil were ever used, and by this point it was already 4 PM -- and the massage still hadn't even started. Once she finally began, I was already uncomfortable. The face hole pressed against my jaw, and despite asking multiple times for less pressure, she stayed way too rough. I tried to relax, but then I heard my partner in the next room getting frustrated -- turns out no one had even started their massage yet. We both arrived at the same time, but their therapist hadn't shown up. Through the translation app, my therapist told me that the other therapist was running late because she was finishing another client. I told her to let my partner know so they didn't think they were being ignored. A few minutes later, my partner's therapist finally came in and started. Their massage was rushed -- no arms, hands, or feet were even touched. Mine was okay skill-wise, but still way too aggressive despite saying "less pressure" multiple times. When we finished, I got dressed and waited outside. The two therapists stood there talking and laughing with another woman, all while staring at me. It was super uncomfortable. My partner came out clearly upset, and as we were about to leave, their therapist ran up accusing us of not paying. I immediately told her we paid before the massage even started. She got loud, then started demanding a tip. I told her no -- I didn't feel comfortable tipping after the experience we just had. She kept insisting, but I refused and walked out. This place was honestly awful. I even considered asking for a refund, but I just wanted to get out of there as fast as possible. This was supposed to be a treat for us after a really rough week, but it turned into one of the worst experiences ever. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here.

I've had my fair share of massages that left me sore or disappointed. From the moment Anna greeted me, though, I knew this would be different. She asked about my problem areas and quickly and immediately made me feel confident that this service was going to be done right. No it will not be a sit down and take your time kind of massage. It's a "you're in pain, where?, I can help with that right now" kind of service. And I love it!! Just what I needed that day. I went for a deep tissue massage, and wow, Anna's hands worked through knots I didn't even realize I had. At times it was intense, but she checked in and adjusted whenever it was too much. By the end, I felt completely unwound, lighter, and energized, like my body had been rebooted. If you're someone who usually avoids deep tissue work, don't be afraid to speak up, Anna listens and adapts, making sure it's exactly what your body needs. This was one of the best self-care experiences I've had in a long time. I left feeling cared for and reminded that sometimes, taking time for yourself is exactly what you need.

Given the past reviews, I requested a female therapist and my partner had a male therapist. The massages were very firm and strong. They work hard here and got a good amount of knots out. I would describe the massage as a lot of pressure with a Swedish and acupressure style with some Thai massage-like stretches. I think there were instances of the deep tissue massage on my shoulders, but there could have been more deep tissue at other aspects of the massage, though don't be afraid to ask them to focus on certain spots. The place was cold with AC on, but the hot stones they put on your foot, back and neck throughout were warming. The place was separated into various rooms with curtains. To respond to other comments about tipping -- Because massage places like these are deeply discounted costing $40-70 instead of $80-110, I don't understand the issue with tipping $20 for a strong massage. It is still deeply discounted, so keep that in mind when frequenting these "cheaper" massage places - people still deserve a living wage. Would definitely recommend this no-frills place.

I'll call it the deli of massage whenever you're super tight and needing deep tissue massage without the hassle of making an appointment and still having to wait a few days or even weeks. Quick in and out so don't expect any amenities nor compare it to your typical luxury spa. I spontaneous drop in on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm because my shoulder and back were so tight. I got the 90 minutes combo for $70, tipped $20 since it was exactly what I needed with no added luxuries of standard spa. I always loved deep tissue massage so I didn't mind a male masseur. He checked in often with me to ensure the pressure was okay. I asked if I wanted him to walked on my back and of course I did. All and all I was satisfied with my treatment for a very affordable price of $90 total for 90 minutes whole body massage; you can't ask for anything less than that. If you have sensitive skin, perhaps skip the facial massage part since l'm almost certain they use the same lotion for the whole body as well though I didn't ask them to confirm it. Since I live near by so I went straight home to take a shower afterwards. It's best you wear short or shrort and tank top for full body massage. You always have the option to undress to your comfort level or fully clothed.
