First of all, I felt offended that the girl went in and out while I was undressing and then just sat there until I got naked, no covers whatsoever. No respect for privacy. And then after the 1/2h massage, she kept on asking for a tip. It was not worth it for me. Weird that they ask for the money first before the service. And after that, sh e asked for a tip? I wrote a check for that and she insisted that she saw a $50 cash in my purse that she could give me a change for. Why are they so demanding? as if she gave me the favor? I am the one paying so I should have at least demanded privacy. I would never never go there again. And I don't recommend to anyone .... (Ended up using CC for the tip). I rarely write reviews but I had a great experience with cece here. She was very attentive and happily increased the pressure to what I needed after a long day and even longer week for my 90 minutes massage. Worth every penny and she definitely put in the extra effort for a tip on top of a very reasonable dollar a minute massage. 12/10 I will be back. Edit: forgot to mention their precautions. I wore my mask the whole time. Had my temperature taken upon entering and an air purifier in the room I got my massage. read more

Not cool how they ask for tip every 5 minutes. And while Handing me over water, I get asked "tip? No tip?" No way man.... that is so horrible. A tip is for service that has excelled not a right. I already paid for the service, receiving a tip means you have gone above and beyond the expectations. Thankfully, I will never have to come here again. So the owner decides to send me a message last night, and pointed the the finger at me and claim that I am lying. Saying that he has video of me saying "I have the tip to both of you and thank you" Yes, that is correct, but did he watch the rest? Did he have cameras in the private rooms? All I was trying to say is that no one should expect to get a tip, that is something different..the actual service was decent. The massage was average, but asking for a damn tip during the massage, while you are trying to relax is not ok. $60 for an hour massage is already enough. Tipping is NOT a requirement. The owner states that I got the girls feelings hurt throughout the night. I never said any names or described what anyone one looked like. The owner also states that he will be sending in the video to yelp. Great! Will you be sending in the full footage of how when someone handed ME a water bottle that my face looked extremely annoyed so then I pulled out my wallet because I was tried of hearing it and tried of trying to explain that I'll wait until my gf comes out of the room so I can tip both at the same time.... also, will you be sending videos of where they are asking in the private room? I scheduled the massage on the same day of the massage, which is great because I had done something to my shoulder blades overnight and the pain was killing me. I went in for a one hour massage and it was amazing. I've had massage therapy before but it is typically done while I have a blanket covering my behind and not bare hand on my behind but the person was very professional and I never felt uncomfortable under her care. My glutes definitely needed that care. She has amazing hands and is a good listener. Even worked on my ticklish feet. Unlike the other reviews, this person did not hunt me down for a tip but I did feel uncomfortable at the end because I thought I was carrying more cash on me so my tip did not reflect the amazing service. I will definitely come back and give her the tip she deserves. My husband will be back as well. I sure hope they are getting paid decent wages, it's scary that they had to "hunt customers down for their tip" or whatever, but that to me is a red flag on wages. I should have read these reviews before I went. About 20 minutes into my massage, Coco asks me, "What will you give me...$40?" I'm sorry, but the tip amount is something that I decide at the conclusion of the massage. When I gave Coco the $35 tip that I had promised her, she scoffed and walked away, nearly forgetting to give me the water she had in other hand. Then, when I come out to my car, I see that the 60-minute massage that I paid for was barely more than 50 minutes. Don't go here...not worth it! read more

The establishment was very clean and the service was better than I expected. I had just finished a weekend hiking tip and I had LuLu as my massage therapist. She was exactly what I needed. She was very professional and very strong. She was able to provide a really good deep tissue massage and really helped me unwind from a physically demanding weekend.
