I was in there to wash two take heavy winter blankets that could not be washed at home in my washer. After putting one in some washer was not accepting my coins and they were getting stuck. The owner was there so he told me don't worry about it I will fix it and replace any money you spent. He did exactly what he said fixed it took my coins out and I was able to wash again. I've been here many times and I've finally come to the conclusion I am no longer willing to patronize this business. I always have problems with at least one machine. I've had to call the management to refund me on multiple occasions due to the always failing machines. It seems always dirty. Clothes left everywhere, food wrappers all over the counters and floors, and trash all over the floors. It seems there is nobody monitoring it. Nobody who was in there was wearing masks or distancing. It's a free for all as there is never an attendant. It's really sad to see as the location is good but it seems the business owners don't really care what goes on here. The machines are expensive but they are usually on the fritz and they don't work very well. Always leaving soap or not spinning sufficiently to get the excess moisture out of the clothes. The dryers are dirty with hair and funk as I said nobody cleans them. Once the dryer didn't work so I called the manager and he had the gall to accuse me of lying. I waited almost 45 minutes for him to come and he accused me of lying over 3 dollars in quarters. There are only 3 carts although there are numerous machines. You have to wait forever just to switch your laundry over if there are more than 3 people. The worst part is my clothes keeps getting messed up, like the bleach from people before is still in the machines and is staining them. Also I've gotten oil spots on a lot of my shirts as well. I'm sure it's from stuff not completely washed out of the machines. It's obviously just about the money at this location and it's hard to justify continuing to give my business here. read more

Tiny place. They only have 3 carts to carry your laundry in. It's very hard to get in and out with the carts. Only one side has a long folding table by the dryers. I feel like they rip you off on the dry. It should be .25cents for 7min but here it's .25 cents for 5min. I wouldn't recommend for large loads because there really is not enough space to get around and fold. read more

I do laundry once a week. I enjoy and prefer a Mat to washing all day, laid after load, at home. This is a VERY small laundromat. And to maximize profit, they have pack the place FULL of machines and only 3 carts. It is very difficult to maneuver this place in the BEST conditions. But during COVID, where 6 ft is necessary and masks...this place is TERRIBLE. Stay. Away. No mask enforcement, not even signs on the doors. There is ZERO way of keeping 6ft as the place has little to no wiggle room. While I was there I watched a man do laundry for an hour with a mask in his back pocket but not on his face. The machine smell, are filthy and sticky inside and out. The price isnt terrible but the place is just dirty and no one is there to clean it. There is no attendant. We went to sit in the car since masks are not required and there is no room for distancing. Given this is one of 3 laundromats in the area, we thought we would try it. This place is NASTY. I wont be back. Save your money and go to Morgan HILL Hill laundry, way cleaner and more room. read more

First the washer broke down in mid wash, there's not a restroom inside for the customer's, the place is dirty, and the dryers take about 2 bucks just to get the temperature up. Location has available parking in the front for at least 20 vehicles, so I didn't have any trouble finding a spot. Quarter changer at the rear so you don't need to bring your own. I'm here for work and the RV Park we're staying at doesn't have large washers for bedding. Since we travel for work I have been to way too many laundromats in several cities and states! I thought I would try this laundromat since it's not far. I'm not going to be back, this is one of the worst ones I've ever seen! I will drive the extra miles to find another location when I need to do larger loads! It's overpriced which seems the norm for the RV Park as well! I think that these businesses are taking advantage of the lack of options for people here for work and are overcharging the heck out of people! I know California is way overpriced on everything to begin with but this is ridiculous!! The dryers are $0.25/5 min! This place could use a thorough cleaning and scrubbing!!! The folding table is falling apart, there's unknown pinkish red tissue or material on the floor, a used latex glove on a washer and I cannot tell you how much the soap dispenser items are or if it even works. I always bring my supplies just in case. I'm posting photos of the washers with the load size and price as well as the laundromat itself. I just went here and used the $6 washers. The middle one recycled water and left my towels soapy . So I paid another $6 and washed my towels again wo soap to get out the suds. $12 later my towels are in a rinse cycle still full of suds. I call the number on the door only to be told that it's not their problem that their machine is broke bc the sign says use at your own risk. I've poured $100s of dollars into this establishment and don't appreciate the lousy service! I will find a better place to go. read more

Pretty clean, the machines work well, and I did 7 loads (6/1 wash and 3 dryers) for $12 total, not too bad. The owner was nice, kept telling me to call if there were any problems. OMG...1st - SPIDER INFESTED!!! I used this place for years but after the spiders started to infest the place and the owner didn't care to clean it...I said forget it. 2nd- I lost $10 two separate times on the large washers. I called the owners number and told him. He told me he would pay me back but never specified when. Then one random day he called out of the blue and asked if I could come down. I was at work and not able. I thought I could catch up with him later..since we kind of knew each other as we have had in person conversations when he would come in the laundromat. One morning he came in and I asked him if he could return my money. He said that it was too long ago that I lost my money and used the comparison that retail stores have a time limit on returns so he wasn't going to. He argued with me and wouldn't stop talking. He's a little hard to understand as his homeland is India. I told him that wasn't right but whatever. He kept on going on and on and finally gave me $10.00. Now I ask, was it worth losing a customer? I started going to Sammy Suds around the corner. It's way better and even cheaper. They have an attendant, TV, sink, seats, and best of all, no freakin' spiders hanging over your head or an owner that does not value his customers. read more

Ive been using this place for about 6 months now nd I perfer it over others. Im from hollister nd every friday I take the 30min drive to wash my clothes. Im an earlybird so I love that it opens at 5:30a so I can do my laundry by 6 nd its right next to the best bakery in town thats always open as well for a nice morning coffee. We use to like this laundromat it is very dirty and the prices went up drastically. $8.00 per wash you can't put that many articles of clothing in the machines or they won't wash properly. If your wanting this type of money get new machines and clean this place up. We have also had laundry stolen from here. read more

No attendant and over-flowing garbage can on a Sunday. Considering the floor and machines were semi-clean, someone at least cleaned yesterday; but an empty garbage would have been nice. All of the machines are working, a rare thing in the world of laundromats. Parking spots are small, so many cars were taking 2 spots. Not the laundromat's fault, but you will have a hard time finding a spot for an oversized vehicle. Between a bakery and Mercado that sells plenty of laundry soaps, for when you forgot yours.
