Love this place! I have come here to wash my comforters and washable rugs. it is very clean and there is always someone there to give you a helping hand if you are not sure how to use the machines. read more

We used this laundry spot for a couple of months when we had to stay in the area for business reasons. The best times to come here are before 10 and after 3pm. Weekends can be busy, but the staff here consistently keep the place clean. They use a magnetic strip card that you can add money to so it's super convenient. They also have a vending machine of mini laundry supplies that come in handy. Overall GREAT SPOT! read more

The ultimate in cleanliness and being sooo helpful. As this was my 1st visit, I needed and received all the help/ advice that I required

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I visit my late aunt at the Morgan Hill cemetery quite often, and I recently needed to wash some large blankets. I decided to try this laundromat since it's near the cemetery, and their washers worked amazingly. My dogs' blankets came out very clean with little to no dog hair on them. read more

Dryer goes out what do you do............. We recently had a dryer go out and the first thing that came to mind is 1980s laundromats. I had a great experience the couple of loads I had to dry at Morgan Hill Laundry. They use a reusable card that you can load money on to use the dryers. You slide the card in and load time at specific intervals. It's very straight forward and easy to use. The laundry itself is very clean and they have staff on site to help. The only con to this location is the small parking lot. read more

Extremely helpful employee walked me through everything. The place is amazingly clean, bright, open, comfortable - not sure what more you could want. A bit expensive, but if you value your time it more than makes up for it read more

5 reasons for the 5 stars! 1. Customer service is on point! The high pitched short lady who works is very patient, accommodating, and super helpful. 2. The customers reflect how well the business is doing. Customers are very kind, understanding, and nice. 3. Parking might be limited, but there are ways around to park in their lot. 4. The laundry cards are FREE meaning you don't have to pay extra for to get a laundry card since it is the only form of payment to use the machines. 5. The overall facility is clean, well maintained, and safe! read more

Really nice place. Ppl working were friendly. Place was super clean. Nice waiting areas. Our washer isn't cooperating so I came here. Definitely will come back when needed. It wasn't busy at all when I was here, Friday afternoon around 4:30. read more

Don't like it it's card only I am old school cash, and carry sorry I found a better one thank you parking lot is too small

My normal place I go to was a bit packed today, so I decided to try out this spot. I like that they have a variety of many washing and drying machines. And lots of a availability even during prime time at 1130am on a Sunday. There was a worker actively cleaning everything (which at my other spot only happens here and there). Hence why this place is so clean. They have a kids area for waiting, and also many comfy swivel chairs with a magazine rack for the adult waiting area. They also have an available restroom which was also very clean. Here is my only reason I will go to my other place over this spot (Launderland by Joann's), they have a credit card option. I don't carry cash and coins with me often, so the coin only option is a bit inconvenient. Also, the location of the other place I prefer because it's right next to Safeway, so I can grocery shop while I'm waiting. If they had a credit card option, this could have possibly been my new spot. But because of that, I will still prefer Launderland over this one. read more

Morgan Hill Laundry - Nice laundry mat . Very clean! - Laundromat Near Me - Morgan Hill, California

I text the number on the website 40 minutes before they opened today and Sal was very responsive. He kept in communication with me about the Was and Fold service. Unfortunately, I could not use it but once the lady came in she asked if I still needed help before she went to get her coffee. I was impressed with the cleanliness and great customer service. I will definitely come back and use their services next time. read more

Dropped off spread and sheets at 2:30. Called at 7:30 pm to see if done. No answer. Drove there at 8:00pm to see if done. Walked in no one at desk. Found lady just scrolling on her phone. Saw my stuff and I said how long has it been ready. She said about 4:30! I asked why didn't anyone call and she just said" I don't know". I asked how much and she said 39.00! It was not even 6 lbs! She said there was a minimum which I did not know. I paid with credit card and she couldn't give me a receipt. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK! read more

One of the best Laundromats I've been to! I travel constantly for work. I was staying in a near by hotel that did not have a laundry facility. Came here to do my wash and was so pleasantly surprised! Definitely one of the cleanest laundromats I've been to, and they take card which is always 50/50. The machines are a little expensive but worth it for how bright and friendly it is here. The customer service was amazing!!! read more

I used to go to the Laundromat on Tennant but I like it here better. The machines are up to date and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place read more

The owner and employees are so kind , laundry mat is always clean and well maintained.

Still 5 stars! The staff are nice and friendly, they have free wifi, and now you can load a laundry card with cash or from your drbit/credit, and tap-able devices! What more could you need!? Today we jammed out to some 80's hits. read more

Well if you can find a parking spot good luck. The place was crowded. I couldn't find a parking spot. So had to go to a laundry down the street that was a complete dump. 70% of the machines didn't work. So being this place looked clean and new. It seems everyone hated to go here. read more

There were many machines. They had supplies available for purchase. The machines were different sizes to accommodate different size loads.

Clean and well maintained laundry. Washers and dryers are various sizes and allows us to pick the right size at the right price. Laundromat plays ongoing Music and Kids TV are generally reasonable noise. But some customers choose to listen to their music or apps aloud in the waiting area. This has been an increasing problem over the last half a year. Management hasn't done anything to stop it. This makes for an uncomfortable wait on laundry completion. read more

Wanted to wash several loads of laundry at once to save time and came to MH Laundry to get the job done. Becky is absolutely exceptional! She offered to help me carry my baskets, assisted me with loading the payment card and helped start the washer/dryers. She deserves a huge raise for going above and beyond to help the customers at this establishment. It's obvious she truly cares about her job. Machines are new, clean and reliable. read more

I never thought I'd be writing a review of a laundromat but here I am. I must be easily amused because the first time I came here after my washing machine breaking down I was in pure amazement of these fantastic washers. They wash the heck out of your stuff. And they gave 9 washers that are a 6 load capacity. Talk about convenience! My newish GE washer at home takes an hour for 1 load. This one... 23 minutes. Its $7.75 but for 6 loads, it's well worth it just to get it done. There are many other option too, I was just excited to have a large load option. But the main reason for my review is the cleanliness of this place. I met the owner, Sal, and he was as nice as could be and cleaning up everything to make sure it was all ready for tomorrow. All in all, great place. Highly recommend. read more

If you have to use a laundromat in Morgan Hill or surrounding areas, I would go here. Can get busy but they are meticulously clean and someone is always visible to help. As full-time RVers we've seen our share of laundry rooms. This is, by far, the nicest one we've ever used. All new machines, including 9 load washers and dryers for comforters. Free street parking is available as our 25' rig wouldn't fit in their newly paved parking lot. If you are looking for a safe, spacious, clean, new laundromat this is it! read more

Overall this place is pretty clean. They have a lot of washers and dryers. It was $7.75 for 6 load washer but only holds 2 comforters so nowhere near 6 loads. I wish people would stop being hogs. There were about 6 carts and instead of people putting their bags/crap/junk on the floor or table. They decide to hog the carts so no one else can use them. So rude. There is a table in the middle for you to fold your clothes.. but again.. hogs. One person dumped all of their clothes all over it literally from one end to the next for about 35 minutes. The other table someone put their dirty clothes baskets on the table and left it there. Cant believe what jerks people are. The washers only take about 23 minutes so that was pretty good. But the dryers didnt work so great. I had my comforter in a dryer for over an hour and was still wet. Also it doesnt have a lint trap and pet hair was still on it after drying. So I wasn't going to sit another hour so I just took it home wet. read more

Wow!!! This is the best laundry facility we have ever used. The washers and dryers were modern and squeaky clean! Prices to wash clothes are competitive. Best of all the staff greets you when you arrive and answers any questions you may have to make your experience better. They have a clean restroom and TV to entertain you while you wait. This is purely for the initial contact I made with the business owner, Sal, just a few minutes ago regarding Wash & Fold Service since our Washer broke down. He was very nice and accommodating. Explained things well on how the service works. Very responsive, too! Just took a couple of rings then he picked up. So glad he'll be able to help us with our laundry today! Thank you, Sal and Morgan Hill Laundry! read more

The laundromat I usually go to raised their prices (for a number of machines that don't work properly). I got my quarters and decided to try Morgan Hill Laundry. The first thing I discovered was that they have a pre-paid card system and don't take quarters. (Fortunately, I had cash on me.) The cards are free (unlike another laundromat I used to use). They have a lot of washing machines and dryers in various sizes. The machines are in great condition and I didn't see any with signs to indicate they were broken. The prices for the washing machines were more reasonable than my last laundromat. The dryers cost 35 cents for a particular number of minutes. It's 4 minutes for the giant dryers, 5 minutes for the medium and 6 minutes for the small. I had several blankets that I needed to dry, so I was glad the low minute count kept other patrons from using the giant ones. There are plenty of areas to sit and wait for your laundry to finish and a public restroom. read more

Wash and fold was wonderful. Free pick up in Morgan Hill. Quick response time. Also very nice and helpful.

Very impressive for a laundry mat. There's a kids play area. Bathroom. Lounge area. Plenty of washers and dryers. They have their own parking lot. Relaxing music playing. Bright and clean. I was here on a week day but it's very quiet. read more
