We had come here on a Saturday morning at around 10:30 am for breakfast. The parking lot was…read moredifficult to manoeuvre, as it was attached to a gas station, and the spots were sparse. Luckily, we were able to find a spot, and went in. Once we entered, we were greeted by a very friendly young girl, that seated us in a table near the side window. The menu itself had a lot to choose from therefore, it was hard to narrow our choices down. However, I finally settled on the smoked salmon on a bagel. The food didn't take too long to arrive, which was nice. Our server was friendly, and brought out the food in ample time, while asking if there was anything else that we needed. The bagel that I had ordered was too overstuffed, with large amounts of cucumber, lettuce, and tomato. It was difficult to bite into, and it wasn't even cut in half. I felt that this bagel would have tasted much better had it had less items, and was smaller. When I bit into the bagel, everything fell out; it didn't feel appetizing. However, the smoked salmon was delicious; that was the best part! When it was time to pay for our bill, it took a while, as there were other individuals in the restaurant that needed assistance as well. I found the food to be a tad overpriced for what we had received; in all honesty, I didn't find this restaurant to be one of my favourite choices. The food wasn't very appetizing, and the price was too high. Also, the location of this restaurant made it difficult to get to, and to park at.

They had one guest with a child requiring a high chair. The high chair would have been in the way the aisle causing safety issues for staff and customers. They were then asked to move inside and seated beside us. The group was a gaggle of ladies, loud, obnoxious and rude. The oldest lady proceeded to berate the staff for saying the set up inside created the same situation and what was the difference. The high chair was next to an empty table out of the way of foot traffic. The table kept insisting what the difference was for the set up inside versus their preference for seating on the patio. My fiance then got up to the staff counter and explained we have witnessed the insulting be behaviour of the table and that the staff operated appropriately. As a result, we did not want to be seated next to the group and wished to be moved elsewhere if possible. The restaurant was busy and the staff tried to accommodate. Shortly after, the young female manager came out to the the disruptive table and calmly stated the restaurant would not tolerate their behave and asked them to leave. The table was incensed and continued to be loud and disruptive until their departure. My fiancé and I were so pleased and proud the staff stood their ground to not tolerate that rude and entitled behaviour. I was rather embarrassed for the table particularly given the age of the woman doing most of the yelling. The next table over of young people also came over to us and voiced their displeasure with the table between us, citing he too he is in the service industry and the staff did not deserve to be treated like that. This is our review of the integrity, customer service and hard work that takes place at Sunny Morning, on the Queensway. Happy to support the staff and enjoy their food with a pleasant, friendly atmosphere and good food brunch! Well done to the store manager on shift, Aneesa our server and a couple other ladies who were subject to this poor display of civility yet they maintained their professionalism and cool highly recommend this place for great eats, fast efficient and friendly service.

I was also given a generous helping of hashbrowns, which were large and filling. This restaurant was quite small however, there was ample room for the guests that were dining. It felt quaint, with licence plates from all over the world on the walls, and various trinkets gracing the shelves. This restaurant was on the older side however, it was kept in good shape. The food itself took a little long to arrive, and the water that we had been given was warm, with no ice. The sandwich was good however, I would have liked if the English muffin was toasted, and the processed cheese was melted more. The homefries weren't as crispy as I would have liked. Overall for the price, it was definitely worth what I had received. The service was also great, as the server came to check on us, and the owner cashed-us out. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick meal in family-owned establishment.

This is truly a local gem in Mississauga, one which we will definitely be back to visit.

Overall, everything was fairly average and didn't quite feel worth the price point. The 4oz beef broth shot had good flavor (kind of like gravy) but definitely not worth the $7-$8. The standout for me was actually the pickled chilis in the breakfast sandwich, instead of being tart, they were sweet and surprisingly delicious.

This place looks like a fairly typical breakfast spot, offering a good amount of seating, large menus for both breakfast and Lunch, and of course, a ton of different pancake options! The food didn't take too long to come out, and they looked even better in person than they did in the menu. Maybe I'm just a little over enthusiastic about these pancakes, but I can pretty confidently say these may of been the best pancakes I've ever had. They were big, fluffy, and this plate did not skimp on the toppings at all. Overall, Stacked Pancake & Breakfast has definitely become a go-to spot for me when returning to Toronto. The food here was phenomenal and even though it took us almost 30 minutes for someone to give us a bill and let us pay, the pancakes were too good for me to get hung up on that.
