I am not sure why the client schedules the appointment based off the times available to be called during work hours to reschedule. Your hours are not accommodating to people who work for a living. Also, why do I schedule my appointment for you to call and ask for a change. When you are in the service industry, being respectful goes a long way.

The braids are all different sizes, in huge chunk sections with uneven, non-square parts. My hair is already poking out of the braids after just a short time, and I was told the style should last 4 to 6 weeks. I honestly doubt it will last 2. I was also informed by the owner while in the chair that I would be charged an extra $80 for 8 packs of hair used in my head. I was not told to bring hair nor is it listed to bring hair on the website. I spoke with the owner days in advance before my appointment. The hair is extremely heavy and not what I asked for. Before I paid, the owner, Dr. Leshell M Dennis looked at the back of my head and took photos of it herself. She saw exactly what my hair looked like. When I reached out afterward, she admitted in her messages that she knew it was the wrong style. She was fully aware before she ever accepted my money. When I requested a refund, I was only offered a redo, which I declined and was ignored by the owner. Please do your research before booking here.
