Her intake sheet was comprehensive and asked a lot of specific questions which I appreciated. The scents she used were lovely and not overpowering (which sometimes gives me allergies). I originally came for blackhead extraction, but she offered me a discount to upgrade, and I did. It was so worth it! All my blackheads are gone, she is so gentle. The massage part amazing bc it's with warmed oil. Heaven! My skin looks great. There are some aestheticians that made me feel bad for not taking care of my skin/having so many blackheads, but she did not do that. She was lovely!!! The braids are all different sizes, in huge chunk sections with uneven, non-square parts. My hair is already poking out of the braids after just a short time, and I was told the style should last 4 to 6 weeks. I honestly doubt it will last 2. I was also informed by the owner while in the chair that I would be charged an extra $80 for 8 packs of hair used in my head. I was not told to bring hair nor is it listed to bring hair on the website. I spoke with the owner days in advance before my appointment. The hair is extremely heavy and not what I asked for. Before I paid, the owner, Dr. Leshell M Dennis looked at the back of my head and took photos of it herself. She saw exactly what my hair looked like. When I reached out afterward, she admitted in her messages that she knew it was the wrong style. She was fully aware before she ever accepted my money. When I requested a refund, I was only offered a redo, which I declined and was ignored by the owner. Please do your research before booking here.
