I've gone there for 3 years. Don't enjoy my first experience but it wasn't the worst and it seemed…read moreeasier to keep going back than to find a new eye dr. That was my first mistake. There are several things that have happened but here are the things just from my last visit. I go in and do all my tests. She comes and says he eyes have gotten slightly worse, with one eye being worse than the other. My eyes have always been equal so it was disappointing but whatever. I put the new contacts in and everything is messed up. I can barely see. I tell her that and she gave me a new contact that is the same as my other eye (so both were the exact same) and I could see perfect. Somehow they messed up and tried telling me one eye was worse than the other. And some could say well you're the one doing the test and answering the questions ... Ive done these eye exams since I was 9 (currently 22) and I've never had something like that happen. When im finally done with the appointment the lady is getting me ready to go to the desk to order my contacts. She says to me "the guy up front is a talker so I'm trying to stall before bringing you up" well come on now. I've already been here for an hour and I want to leave. Finally she just gives me my paperwork and says she's not gonna come with because she doesn't want to get stuck up there. So I go up and yeah this guy is a talker. Talking about everything but his eyes. I stood there waiting behind him for at LEAST 5 minutes. Heaven forbid they nicely mention there's somebody waiting behind him. I understand wanting to be polite and let him talk but he wasn't talking anything about his eyes, it was about his wife and plenty of other things. I finally get to the desk to order my contacts and they give me the option of delivery. I took it because it would save me a trip from going to the mall. A couple weeks later I still dont have my contacts so I give them a call. They tell me they were delivered a week ago. Well I never got any type of notification and I never got them either way. They tell me there's nothing they can do and that I have to contact ups to put in a claim. I DIDNT EVEN GET A UPS NUMBER! They never provided anything for me. They finally give me the number and I go to put in a claim. UPS comes back and says they can't do anything so I need to go through the seller. So I call LensCrafters back and they say there's nothing they can do and to contact Johnson and Johnson who officially sell the contacts. So I do. They tell me there's nothing they can do because the seller is LensCrafters. After constantly going back and forth with them LensCrafters finally agrees to resend the contacts. Absolutely ridiculous. Dont bother going there.

Brighton Collectibles... my mom LOVES this place and their products!…read more Brighton is known for their darker silver metals; the semi-tarnished look. They have tons of women's accessories - belts, handbags, makeup cases, wallets, wristlets, shoes, keychains, phone cases, and even sunglasses. They are very popular for their jewelry - rings, bracelets, earrings, charms, and necklaces. The difference with this particular location is that it's the outlet, so the prices are WAY better and discounted compared to the mall and other retail stores. I mean, WAY cheaper. They have a cool discount system...you will find a "key" posted everywhere with different colored hearts on it. Don't quote me, and I will take a pic of it next time I visit, but for example there is the red, black, dark green, and blue, and orange heart. Each item will be marked with a certain colored tag. Each tag will correspond to the colored hearts on the KEY and it will let you know how much "additional percentage" to actually take off of the price of the item. So there were these normally $100 pair of sunglasses, and the tag was marked with dark Green. Dark green on the key = 70% off! I asked just to make sure. So yes, I got $100 pair of sunglasses for $30 ! Awesome! Since it's the outlet, they don't give you the fancy case for the sunglasses but you can get those anywhere. And who says no to 70% off?! The workers here are always very friendly - so very attentive and helpful; excellent customer service. Five stars in this department. The store itself isn't that big, but it does have a lot of merchandise. I know certain styles of jewelry and accessories aren't for everyone, but you should check this place out. I noticed they always have their classic pieces, but are starting to get a lot of more modern items as well. You may find something you like! And if you're a Brighton fan like my mom, you'll go crazy (in a good way) in here!

I was deep in shopping for shoes, I asked for no help, and I was shopping with purpose (knowing exactly what I wanted). I never looked at the guy and he proceeded to stand close by trying to talk to me, tell me my hair was pretty and that I was beautiful. I thanked him and continued shopping. He then proceeded to talk to me even though I ended the conversation with my thank you. He started asking me about my boyfriend, to which I said, he was away, which was this guys cue to try to hug me and whisper to me that I was sexy. It took everything in me not to punch him in the face. I was with my family and I didn't want to make a scene. He proceeded to blow kisses to me as I was shopping in the store. My aunt, who had been there another week, told me that same guy was hitting on her and asking her about her boyfriend. My uncle and her kids were in the store with her. This location needs to get this slimy creep in the blue windbreaker out of their store and stop horrassing their customers. Look at the tape from last night. Made my skin crawl.

My old Eye Doctor back in my hometown only had 1 person working in the office. It always seemed that I was in and out quickly. There are 3 providers that I know of here. I lost count of the number of people working in this business, this just needlessly drives up the cost of care in my opinion. My primary issue is I was careless and let the provider prescribe a contact lens that did not work correctly. I'm not going back, and it's a shame because this clinic is almost within walking distance from my home.
