When they arrived they didn't fit properly because of the nose pad. We went to the Oakley Vault to see what we can do. Mathew was a very knowledgeable and helpful in replacing them by building a similar pair in the same colors as he ordered. Since they were having a 50% off a second pair I got myself another prescription pair. Mathew was very helpful in guiding me through that process as well.

Due to a new job / health insurance plan, my family and I will be coming to AB for our exams (2 of…read moreus already have been getting glasses here for years on end). I was a bit hesitant because we've been going to the same eye doctor for over 20 years (well, I have anyway). I was checked in and told to wait "in the back," which I never knew existed for anyone other than employees! The waiting area was clean and decently pleasant. I was called for my exam within ten minutes of sitting down, playing on my iPhone. The equipment was more up-to-date than at my former eye doctor's office, and everything just seemed brighter. Once done with the preliminaries, I was back in the waiting room. Only for five minutes, then I saw "Dr. Jody." She was cordial (not overly friendly/warm) nand we zipped through my exam quite nicely. Got bumped up a "notch" for my far vision. Oh well - aging s*cks! Back to the front waiting area. I was called within ten minutes and then ordered my new contacts. I paid with my FSA card - no problem. Now, I'm hoping my literal last pair of contacts in my eyes hold out until my newbies come in! (I'm not a fan of glasses, although I have four pair!).
