I can't say enough good things about All Seasons. First I will start with Toly the owner . From the time I reached out, he was attentive, communicative and kind. He spent so much time with me, easing my fears and worries that we would find the right place for my dad. He kept me updated all along the way with the waiting process. And he gave me such good advice during the time we were waiting for a spot to open up for my dad. I will never forget the kindness and compassion and dignity he showed our family along the entire process. Second, Lauren, the house manager at the home my dad was in. From day one, she came alongside my dad-really wanting to know him, to understand him, and to help him thrive during his time at All Seasons. Her care and love for dementia patients and their families is second to none. I was constantly amazed at not only her patience and kindness towards my dad (who was very difficult a lot of time) but also to us as his family who were trying to navigate the difficult behaviors and circumstances surrounding his disease. We will forever be indebted with gratitude that my dad had Lauren as his caregiver and advocate for the last part of his life. Also, Hector, Lilly, Melissa and so many more. Darlne was of no help; they just kept saying they were working on things. This is a scam, and it's likely that they are receiving money from the state, which is also a scam. Please don't use them, don't put your family on their waitlist. It doesn't work. We had to move my sister to another state. They give false hope. To this day, 14 months later we've never heard from them!

I called and was met with the one of the kindest humans I have met on this journey of trying to find care for my elderly parent. Harue spent almost an hour on the phone with me giving me tips on how to find good places for my dad and even went out of her way to set us up with a time to tour another place that had an available spot for my dad. I can tell that Harue genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about people. While I'm sad they don't have any availability at this time, I got off the phone happy to know that there are still people who care about taking care of people. Thank you Harue! More recently having had my Rat Terrier Dog, Kira certified through the Lend a Heart Program in Sacramento to do Animal Assisted Therapy (we are both retired now). My Loved one is 83 Years Old. He was otherwise Healthy ENough to undergo a 4 Level Laparoscopic Back Fusion. The Surgery went off without a hitch, but no where in any of his pre surgical consults did ANYONE Ever mention that people over 65 can suffer serious side effects of memory loss (it apparently is called Surgically Induced Delirium. He went into surgery sharp minded and woke up like he had dementia. It was just awful. I wont go into all the details its just a good thing I trust Sutter - (This is the place to be if you have such a crisis) The only information got for days was from friend and the internet.Then I was faced with 'choosing a care home. WHat to do? I had read the reviews on Folsom Care center, they had a bed, I chose - and we got the lottery! I could not be more pleased. Hands Down Folsom Care Center is the BEST Skilled and Short Term Rehabilitation Center I have ever been in. I have been in Private facilities that don't even come close to comparing the the quality and attention of service that I experienced there. Katherine H, his Nurse, was exceptionally attentive (She is simply AWESOME) as was his entire care team (I will come and add names later, as I am using a friends computer but I wanted to get this review up and running asap). We got the Lottery when we were able to Place my loved one there when an unexpected turn in a surgical procedure requiring to have care and rehabilitation and services of a skilled nursing facility. I have been power of attorney and have been in the role of handing healthcare matters before, but things were complicated because of my personal life matters right now - I myself have been hospitalized for serious health issues of my own twice in the past month, and I am the ONLY relative he has, I am run ragged myself. and this situation was completely unexpected. I have also been 'displaced' from my living situation in the middle of all of this due to a legal separation so my plate is overflowing. What was supposed to be 'house sitting' turned into much much more. Normally, I would have been able to weather much of this (I come from the midwest, we are tough people. But this situation was just 'too much' being sick and all. The staff at Folsom Care center went Above and beyond to take over for me and provide not only the quality of care my loved one needed to get better - but to get me some 'rest' I needed to focus on myself getting well so I can continue to care for him, and get my own issues taken of. They are just amazingly caring. Not only that - the first thing you notice when you walk in is EVERYONE SMILES. WOW. I have never seen this even in expensive high end facilities (remember how I started this - all the volunteer work I did - I DO Have a really good basis to make an accurate comparison) He is home now for a few days. At discharge they reassured me if anthing went amiss, to return to them (I did not even know this was an option instead of the hospital.) I cannot thank them enough for thier caring approach to helping him, but also guiding stressed out over the top me through all of this. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to the entire staff and crew. Oh, one more thing, They have an aviary for the Residents. Its just lovely. They keep finches and doves in a clean, lovely enviroment. Its bright and cheery. The birds are even sitting on eggs and raising babies! Its so sweet. Attached is a picture. The residents are well dressed, its a small place with a lovely outdoor courtyard. Everyone that can is encouraged to move about and socalize. The short time he was there, there were many enriching events I witnessed, even a group of young children coming in to visit and sing songs, a birthday song to my loved ones 93 year old Roomate. Its clear they care deeply about the people there - the ladies are dressed nicely even with lipstick and jewerly and the men the same in matching outfits. This is a far cry from some of the places I have visited. IF there were 20 stars it would not be enough! Thanks you Folsom Care Center for being there when We needed you and to all the staff for what you do each and every day to provide a high quality of life for the people there. Bless you all.

My husband was there for six weeks in January and February 2026 and it was a nightmare! He…read morecomplained constantly about his left hip or knee pain. They wouldn't give him anything for pain except Tylenol! I spoke to a doctor at the nurses station and he ordered some other pain med, but my husband never received it. The only time he saw a doctor was right after he was admitted. One PT person was extremely rude and kept forcing him to do PT. After he got out, we saw an orthopedic doctor and they said his hip was disintegrating! His leg popped like popcorn in a microwave with any movement. This is extremely painful. They should have done X-rays at the least And they would have seen the problem. His problem was so severe that he was referred to UCDavis. He is now scheduled for a hip rebuild on October 6th. This poor man has suffered for almost 10 months!

My dad came to Grand Dignity Homes after a terrible experience at a larger senior living facility, where he was neglected and there were instances when his prescribed medications were not given to him. His care had deteriorated to the point that I knew I needed to move him immediately. I feel incredibly fortunate that we were able to find a room at Grand Dignity Homes. Grand Dignity is a small residential care home with only six residents, and that makes such a difference. The staff-to-resident ratio allows the caregivers to really know each resident and provide the individual attention they need. My dad has been there since June, and from the beginning he has been treated with kindness, patience, dignity, and genuine compassion. My dad requires assistance, including two-person transfers and hands-on care, so the quality of his caregivers is extremely important to me. I have been so impressed with the entire team. They are caring, attentive, friendly, patient, and incredibly hardworking. It is very apparent that they genuinely care about the residents as people, not simply as people they are responsible for caring for. Some of the caregivers have developed such a warm relationship with my dad that they truly consider him family, and as his daughter, that means more to me than I can put into words. Tiffany, the manager, is incredibly involved and hardworking and always seems to be doing whatever is needed for the residents and the home. Vee and Gavin are wonderful owners who are approachable, caring, and clearly take great pride in the environment they have created. They have put together an exceptional team. The home itself is immaculate. Every time I walk in, it is spotless, fresh-smelling, peaceful, and calm. It truly feels like a home rather than a facility. They also put a great deal of thought into the residents' meals. They purchase healthy and organic foods, prepare fresh meals, and make smoothies for the residents. I really appreciate knowing that nutrition and the quality of the food are important to them as well. The backyard is another wonderful part of the home. It has beautiful views and provides such a peaceful place for the residents and their families to sit outside, relax, visit, and enjoy the surroundings. Communication has also been excellent. Vee, Gavin, Tiffany, and the care staff are open and responsive to questions or concerns, and I have always felt comfortable communicating with them about my dad's care. That kind of communication and accessibility provides tremendous peace of mind when you are entrusting someone with the care of a person you love. After what our family experienced before finding Grand Dignity Homes, I do not take good care for granted. The difference has been tremendous. I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, compassion, attention, and dignity my dad receives here. Knowing that he is surrounded by people who genuinely care about him has made an enormous difference for our family. The staff has been incredibly warm, kind, patient, and hardworking, and it gives our family tremendous peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. Billy, Marsha, and Cassie have been especially wonderful about keeping us but the entire care team deserves recognition. They genuinely take the time to get to know the residents and make them feel comfortable and welcome. They even know my dad's favorite breakfast--two eggs over easy, hash browns, bacon or sausage, toast, and fruit! They make it for him every morning. And they have been so warm and welcoming to my dad's dog when she visits. They have a great outside courtyard where dad and his dog Coalee can play and enjoy the comforts of home.
