Their accessibility made me feel supported and cared for. They immediately made sure my mom had pain management taken care of. I didn't have to be burdened with waiting in line to get medications. This was significant since I'm the doing all of this alone. The RN case manager, Antoinette, has been a pivotal support agent in my life. She has a very present, nurturing quality to her. I felt safe breaking down into tears in her company. Her compassion, knowledge, and understanding reached my heart as she sat with me as I had a moment of immense grief. She said all the right things during a time I felt most vulnerable. I know this team must have pragmatic tasks of the job dealing with paperwork, but when they are with you they offer their complete presence while also juggling documentation and ordering supplies. The level of authentic care and sincerity means so much to me. I know my mom can feel it as well.

There is a huge beautiful backyard with seating under a gazebo. I happened to arrive at mealtime, and the residents were sitting around a family table. The food looked good, the residents well cared for. The owner, Lily was warm and professional. Although we decided upon a larger facility, Agape is worth a visit if you want a home setting. Not for someone on a tight budget- but costs are fairly comparable.

During my search, I have realized that most of the agencies have dealt with difficult situations from their own pasts, which seems to create a certain familiarity.. I know it will be challenging trying to find the right agency, and finding the right caregiver that will want to help us out on the weekends.. Erika was very helpful, but also very upfront that because of the shortage of workers, it may take some time to find someone. I am glad I called.

Management is poor and discrimination is a thing. I stayed with my mom 24/7 and some of the staff were cruel with me while others were angels. My mom's mobility required 2 persons which I was one of them doing it with complete love. However, I was mistreated by management through passive aggression including verbal insults. The center refused to allow my mom additional days of therapy because the nurse director "did not like me and my sick mom".

I can't say enough good things about All Seasons. First I will start with Toly the owner . From the time I reached out, he was attentive, communicative and kind. He spent so much time with me, easing my fears and worries that we would find the right place for my dad. He kept me updated all along the way with the waiting process. And he gave me such good advice during the time we were waiting for a spot to open up for my dad. I will never forget the kindness and compassion and dignity he showed our family along the entire process. Second, Lauren, the house manager at the home my dad was in. From day one, she came alongside my dad-really wanting to know him, to understand him, and to help him thrive during his time at All Seasons. Her care and love for dementia patients and their families is second to none. I was constantly amazed at not only her patience and kindness towards my dad (who was very difficult a lot of time) but also to us as his family who were trying to navigate the difficult behaviors and circumstances surrounding his disease. We will forever be indebted with gratitude that my dad had Lauren as his caregiver and advocate for the last part of his life. Also, Hector, Lilly, Melissa and so many more. All the caregiver at All Seasons seemed to be called to care for these special patients. My dad had previously been in a large memory care. For everyone there-it was a job and only that.
