The barbecue sauce was well balanced between sweet and acidic with a light bit of smoke flavor. My chicken 1/4 was delicious, the white meat wasn't dry at all. The Pit Master did a great job of seasoning the meat before it hit the grill. My potatoe salad had a bit of an acidic twang, but it wasn't bad. The beans in my opinion were not the best, but they were edible. We enjoyed the sample rib tip the owner offered us.
