Well we thought we found a great place to stay. We were there for 2 weeks with our family. We went up last weekend and the bath house was not open and the limbs above our trailer wasn't cut. The owner had told us for 2 weeks that everything would be ready and taken care of and he lied. We had trouble with our trailer with a water leak and had a family member come all the way from Vidor to help us out on getting the leak fixed. The owner drove by and never said anything to us. This Friday my wife got a certified letter in the mail saying that we violated the terms for amount of people and vehicles. There was 2 of our vehicles and the family friends vehicle that helped us with the leak. No vehicles were blocking any spots. We were the only ones there that weekend. He terminated our lease because of that. I would stay away from that place. read more
