They tried to make it right by delivering one for the following weekend. Once delivered they left it for a week no responses, finally a week to the day later they say they'll pick it up this evening. They came into my yard with no warning and picked it up 45 minutes after telling me to blow it up to allow the kiddos to play for another day. Well, they not only did they ghost us on messages and stopped replying, they also would not answer their phone, we offered to come get the bounce house because we have a dump trailer and would be able to save the party if we went and got it, still nothing. My kids were SO excited to have this for their party and all of their friends were eager to play on it as well, obviously. They left us high and dry and still have not reached out to make anything right or even an apology. I had less than a hour before the party was going to start, so I googled bounce houses locally and started making calls and hoping for a Hail Mary that someone could help save the day.... After leaving messages at two places I finally get ahold of a very kind, helpful women at SUNDIAL BOUNCE HOUSE, I told her what was going on and she immediately called her delivery guys to see where they were and if they could make this happen (they are in Red Bluff, so they deliver there first and then come to town to deliver here) the guys turned their truck around to go get us what we needed and came straight to us! I can't begin to explain the gratitude to this company and their staff. They not only saved the day, but they did it with so much kindness and were happy to help AND their prices are much better than our original Y&S Jumpers. It was a huge hit. The kids loved it and the mist from the hose helped keep everyone cool on the hot day. The party pros were great to work with. They answered all my questions about specifics and even explained their cleaning procedure which was impressive and made me feel confident that the bounce house would be clean (and it was). They set everything up and came back and packed it all up again. They even left an extra fan in case the first one failed. Overall it was a great experience and hopefully a happy memory for my kids during this tough time. We will definitely be renting again next year.

Hard to get a real-time response from 'Valerie', over 2 weeks of messages. So that makes it hard to know they're legit. No storefront. No phone calls back, only texts over 7 back and forths (makes 14 texts total!) even after 4x I asked for callback. One of the texts was 5 paragraphs long. Does it really hurt so much to call your customer ready to rent? You know what works for BouncePro callback? I stated "I cannot do business unless I hear from a real person, and that business relies on a call back." The response: a call 10 mins later, stating "I don't appreciate your text. I have things to do." Wow. I'll find other place or another kid-friendly thing to rent. Easy peasy.

The prices are reasonable for what you get and the length of time you have to play. The fun lasted for hours. I won't list the prices we paid because prices may be set based on the time of year and the quantity of games purchased. We opted for the Life-Sized Operation (special and currently exclusive to Prime Time), Horse Race Pony Hops with Track (we requested the toilet racers, but by the time we were ready to finalize, the toilet racers were booked by someone else), 3-N-1 Carnival Games and the Wild West Shootout Game with Nerf Guns - Light Up Scoreboard. These games are fun for young and old alike. Although, for the Pony Hops, the "old" may give out :). It takes a lot of energy to hop around the track racing your opponent. The Operation game is nostalgic for many. Just like the original, if you touch the sides, you get the buzzer sound. We spent hours playing these games. Certain games require concrete/asp Bryan stayed on as our attendant. He was very helpful and amiable. Here's What I Think....
