The man (I forgot his name) who came to set it all up was very nice as well. Some of the balloons at the bottom eventually popped but it was ridiculously hot when we had the party and considering how high the temperature was, most of the balloon garland stayed intact. The pricing is also not ridiculously high compared to others. Cons: Communication could have been a little better. The owner, Jessica, is sweet. We did, however, encounter communication mishaps such as delayed responses and some confusion and part of it was my mistake as I still haven't updated my Yelp account to my current legal name. We got that straightened out but communication still didn't improve much. I understand we're all busy (especially their weekends) but I wanted all the details and planning squared away ahead of the event to get it out of the way. It was anxiety-inducing for me. Overall, it was good working with them.

Tim was…read moreso nice to help out and even helped suggest additional items which would make the balloon bouquet look good - from colors, to extra balloons. He was kind, patient, and even helped us with our complete and utter failures of our online purchase. He spent over 20 minutes with us trying to make things look good, and at no point made us feel like we were wasting his time, or bothering him. After working with Tim, we will never buy any party supplies online again, especially balloons and go straight to Party City! Thank you Tim for making our night, for making our 70th birthday surprise go without a hitch, and for just being an awesome, awesome guy. Party City is LUCKY to have you!

Like none at all. It was so weird. The only solid color get bags they had were basically to hold one bottle of wine. The place is absolutely miniscule. I'm used to going to a party store about the size of a Trader joe's, and this is just a little hole in the wall store with barely anything you would need if you really needed supplies to throw a party for a child. This place is where you go if you don't need much and you're just throwing a party for like a kindergartener and that's about it
