They were also helpful in referring us out when we needed other local vendors (like a port o potty). Two things happened that have left a tiny bit of a sour taste in my mouth though. One is that they delivered one less table than they charged me for. Not the hugest deal, but still a bit annoying. And the second is that we'd rented our linens though our caterer in Chico because it cost us a fraction of what it would have cost to rent through Snow's. Only when they came to pick things up, Snow's snagged the linens too. And then they didn't get back to us until Monday morning, after my sister who lives in Chico and was going to return them for us had to leave. So the guy shows up at our house with them and asks if I want them delivered somewhere (very nice), but when I tell him they are going to Chico he proceeds to tell me about all the different drivers going to Chico and how they've all already just left town so we are basically out of luck. Great. So your drivers are like 30 minutes out of town and would have to make an hour detour to fix your mistake, but instead my husband and I have to make the hour and a half detour to Chico because you are unwilling to call your driver back to Redding to get them. Hummm... My confidence in your excellent customer service is faltering.

The arbor was beautiful! It was Tinkerbell green and sparkly white! The table were decorated with different disney princess themes. My braids maids were all disney princesses. In the last 2 weeks my step-father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and is declining rapidly. I called last Saturday (3 weeks before the event) to cancel the order and explain the circumstances and Tammy, the owner, told me they could not refund any money, that we can use it for the next party or gift it to someone. Despite being paid in full, communication and follow-through were a major concern. Multiple vendors contacted us directly with wedding-related questions because they had still not been contacted by the coordinator, even this close to the wedding. Meetings were disorganized, and one scheduled meeting was nearly canceled when we were notified just 10 minutes beforehand that it had been forgotten. We also had to create our own wedding-day timeline, and instead of feeling that the bride's wishes were being prioritized, we frequently heard what would be easier or more comfortable for the coordinator. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, and hiring a coordinator should relieve that stress--not add to it. We ultimately lost confidence that the services we contracted and paid for would be provided.
