My son just loves Dr Miranda's office decked out with adorable pictures of her dogs. The Dr is very gentle with my son, explaining the procedure to both of us, and answering any questions we may have. This year we had to order glasses, and within days we received a text that they were ready for pick up. And unlike other eye centers we were not pressured in any way while picking out his frames. Everyone there treated my daughter gently, with kindness and patience. Because of my experience I started going there myself, lucky for me. I was having a few issues with my vision and the doctor dilated my eyes. He said I had to go immediately to see an ophthalmologist/surgeon because he believed I had a detached retina. The office called Wheaton Eye Clinic and got me in that morning. Turns out the doctor was correct and if I had put it off much longer I was risking my vision in that eye. I am impressed with the entire staff. They always treat my and my daughter like family and I highly recommend Advanced Family Eye Care.
