I am sure that whatever life event you are experiencing, they will have a greeting card that helps you express it! If you are a jewelry lover, or you need a great gift, Poppy is your new go-to. They have cases and cases of handcrafted, unique and absolutely stunning jewelry. Necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, they have it all and the great thing is whatever piece you buy, it's probably a one-of-a-kind piece. The last time I went they even had this serving tray with tiny, handcrafted, glass animals. Hanging on the tray was tiny little bird cages. So, you picked out your tiny animal and then put him in this tiny bird cage - AHHHH - my 6-year-old daughter and I could not get enough. This place is a gem. It doesn't matter if you're just browsing or on the hunt for your next holiday candle, you are going to love Poppy.

Among many other items, they have dish towels decorated with embroidery or crocheted edging; wood-cut wall hangings and clocks; hand-painted glassware; quilts; and candles that are made by the lady who co-owns the place with her husband. The man who co-owns the place also grinds his own horseradish (brand name: Dick's Wild Root Horseradish), and it is available fresh or frozen. Samples were available, and I really liked the apricot flavored horseradish. It made a delicious spread for crackers, and I really want to try it on a grilled ham & swiss sandwich! Note: $10 minimum on credit-card purchases.
