The selection is huge, the quality is outstanding. Robbie understood what I was looking for so my time was not wasted with incorrect styles. Once I picked out the couch I wanted he took the time to design the sectional, Robbie even found the perfect fabric for my accents pillows. I will be purchasing more furniture from this location. I wish I could give them a lower rating than 1. I delivered a Pier 1 Bedroom furniture collection…read moreto them. This included a Shanghai collection headboard, footboard, armoire, dresser, two nightstands, and a table. All in good condition, minus a few scratches. I waited over a month and nothing. I finally contacted them and they sent me a check for $56. The $56 was for the two nightstands, table, dresser. My armoire, they said, had a broken leg, so they sold it for $5. This is not true. I was using the armoire the day before it was delivered and there was NEVER a problem with any of the legs, it was worth at the very least $50. They never even sent me the $5! I've tried inquiring about the headboard and footboard since last fall. Everytime I call, I'm told they'll get back to me. They've never called me back. I feel ripped off, cheated. My furniture was worth more than $56. I will never, ever use nor recommend Osage Action Barn again
