Anyway - Mike was SO helpful answering our questions and did so after hours. I have spoken with numerous other boat shops before when I've had rookie questions, but they've usually been snappy and impatient. Not Mike! He didn't make me feel rushed to get off the phone or that I was inconveniencing him. He gave me some great basic winterization info and I feel so much better going into this nasty cold weather coming this weekend. Thanks Mike! I am definitely going to keep Union Marine in mind for future services.

I really liked the sales effort and personal attention before and during the long sales process…read more Scott Kay was knowledgeable and attentive until the deal went through and then he dropped us like a hot rock. The new MasterCraft XT22 has had some issues with software and although he said he would be there for us and promised to install the registration stickers, he did not. He just directed me to Julia the Service lead via email. The service interaction has not been a stellar experience. Although Julia is responsive, there is little effort or follow through substance in the interactions. My boat is flawed and no one seems to care and if they do they have no sense of urgency or reasonable communication. It could be that they can't fix it without MasterCraft's help, but they could be more attentive to the interval of communication and give me some timeline to resolution. It is too bad, I had hoped they would be better at all of this as it is their main business. One note of praise goes to June who help us test our boat and even taught us to surf. She lent us her wake board and was very friendly and considerate with her sharing of knowledge and expertise.

My cell phone dropped in a small slot in between the seats right when I got out past the fuel dock and went below deck (one in a million times this could have happened....). I heard a clunk and for the life of me could not find the phone. I was like, you have to be kidding me right? I came back after searching madly for my phone and showed up again... Here I am! Guess what? I dropped my cell between the seats and cannot locate it! William Sims literally climbed in to the smallest space where I store my fenders and undid a few screws. The phone was below deck in the most impossible place a phone could have landed. A half hour later, screw drivers, other tools, and lots of sweat later the phone was located. He never gave up! Another nice guy came in at the end as his arms were longer and was the one who actually retrieved the phone. I literally was ready to go to Apple and make a claim and buy a new phone. I can't say how relieved I was. That was what I call above and beyond service. Hats off to William and the other chap with the long arms. And Kenji for taking my panicked call a few days before when I realized my prop was dinged and then Greer who got me in so i could use my boat. Bravo!

Parker truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for his professionalism, dedication, and genuine care throughout the process. If you're looking to sell, or buy (especially if you want a new Beneteau! They're a Beneteau dealer.) then I highly recommend Signature Yachts. Kris made the process as smooth as could be.

After owning 3 other tow boats we switched to Tige, it has an amazing design and is easy to use. My last boat was a Centurion Ri237. Here is what we noticed with the Tige 25ZX. Tows better on a trailer, yes. And yes, both used a boatmate triple axle trailer - but because the centurion doesn't have much bow weight the Tige has a superior tow ride. Launch: the Tige is much easier to get both on and off the trailer - hull design makes the difference. Surfing: The Tige has a wider wave that has a huge sweet spot. The Ri237 had a longer wave that is narrower than the Tige - I prefer the Tige wave. Yes, the Tige wave is epic and enormous. Boat comfort - no comparison - Tige takes the title. Engine noise: the Tige 440 is half as loud as the Centurion 450 and works much less at the same surf speed. Electronics: Tige is easier to use, including the Ri245 I recently was in. Tubing/kneeboarding/wake Skating/skiing, etc....superior in the Tige because of the convex hull - yes - it really does work. Clint treats you like he wants to keep you buying boats and gear. Very laid back and super easy to work with. Absolutely stands behind his product - and his team knows what they are doing.
