In early 2020, I purchased a house with a Sundance Spas. I've never owned a spa before in my life. There was no water in it and I wasn't sure it would run. I stopped by the Sundance store in Meredith New Hampshire, and the person there was very helpful. Advised me the chemicals the schedule, how to fill it, and when I needed parts, even during the pandemic they were able to deliver in a reasonable amount of time.
A few weeks ago, my tub was throwing the circuit breaker. I called the store and they scheduled a technician to come out, who was very courteous and helpful in explaining what exactly was wrong with the tub and what parts need to be replaced. He provided an estimate over the phone, and the final bill was exactly what he estimated. When he left the tub was working perfectly. After troubleshooting, he called me to review what parts were required and also suggested other parts that were optional to be replaced.
