We came in for a morning pedicure for three, including my husband and dad, and it turned out to be the perfect start to the day. The salon is spotlessly clean, the atmosphere is incredibly calm and quiet (no blaring music, thankfully!), and the overall vibe is pure serenity. The professionalism of the technicians really stood out, and I want to give a special shoutout to Kannah, who did a wonderful job on my pedicure--gentle, thorough, and so kind throughout the entire service. Yes, it's on the pricier side, but honestly? First problem was that you don't get the entire 90 minutes of massage. I thought it was weird that I was in my car leaving at the time of the end of the massage. I asked and she said I was all set, as she counts the time you undress/dress before and after the massage. Which I think should have been made clear. I also stepped in dog poop once when getting off the table. She did not apologize or give me a tissue. When I asked for certain areas to be worked on during the massage she would say yes, then look at the clock. She would wait until later in the session to work that area again for me. It wasn't fun since I was in pain and that's why I asked for more work in that area. So, I guess she likes to do cookie cut massage session instead of the what the client wants. Plan on lots of yawning from her (as it always felt like she would rather be anywhere else) and a very dirty room/bathroom. I'd be leery of mentioning that the room temperature isn't right for you, she screamed at me when I mentioned that I was hot. I should have left a long time ago, but I needed work in order to keep working. Next time I'll pay attention to the red flags better and realize it's better to drive farther for a friendly and customer service-oriented practitioner
