Hello, We have been…read moreusing Kenosha Pet Sitters since 2019, so 5 years now. Ben and the sitters are absolutely amazing and you can tell they love animals. We have two yorkies and to be able to have sitters come to the home, it takes the stress off the dogs. We use to board one of our dogs prior and her behavior changed. Since we found Kenosha Pet Sitters, they are so happy and it's great to have them in their own environment. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs dog care. Amazing Team! -Katlyn

We have gone their before with 2 dogs and both times there was a run around about not having one of our dog's vet information (when clearly they had it because they would have not performed any past services if they had not) and very quick to tell us than we need to cancel the upcoming appt. without wanting giving us a chance to call back with the update information required. When I called back to let to ask them what their email address was so that I could resend it (again) and asked them to have their paperwork updated so we wouldn't continue the same issues, they got very defensive saying that it was me who was rude. The conversation did escalate and I am so happy that we are now going to another place. As much as we would like to support small businesses, the downside is this place feels like they can treat people anyway they like. My mother says the older lady is nice, but the young one who I had the displeasure of speaking too is very snotty! It's a shame the dog in question has been there at least twice within one year and they give us a hard time each time because they for whatever reason are not up to date with how they file their records. Bottomline there are too many groomers out there and in MY past experience I have always had a great experience with groomers, pet lovers are usually so nice....oh well this is on them for me writing this review. I have an appt. tomorrow @ 7am for another groomer. made the call, they asked if they were up to date on shots...yes they are...please bring with you when you bring the dogs in. Boom! Done......

When he was a puppy, I was looking for daycare so he could meet other puppies. I went to 2 others and was so disappointed and discouraged. Bark Away was the 3rd on my list. It should have been the first! I take him only 3xs a month and they also bath him and groom him once a month. These girls are the best of the best. Me and my puppy , ( Woodruff), just love them to bits. I know you think I am going to the extreme here but it is how I feel. I NEVER have the least concern for his safety and him getting his "loves" while he is there. I am tickled to death that they will be having overnight stays sometime in June. I will leave him there with them before I would allow my family take care of him and they have dogs! I know he will be 100% taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Harris first dropped my sister as a client when she filed a complaint about lack of timely communication in an urgent care situation. Harris then waited for two months after I posted this review to drop me as a client; they did it when I emailed to get a refill but had fulfilled a different refill the week prior. Julie Keen, the owner's wife and not my animals' vet, noted in my chart that I posted a bad Google review and should not be seen. Harris also dropped my mom when they saw my Reddit post sharing all of the details of this situation. My original review concerns: My cat had an emergency appointment with Dr. Graham and was diagnosed with pancreatitis. I was sent home without any follow up instructions or pain meds. He continued to get worse over the next day and when I called to ask for pain meds and question why I wasn't given them in the first place, the vet claimed I denied pain meds. The receptionists acted like I was irate and screaming at them when I called trying to get my cat the meds he needed to actually improve. The staff expressed concerns that they filled the medication wrong at check out and my mom had to explain how the med was originally filled correct and explain the dosing label to the staff member that was attempting to change how it had been filled. In two different incidents, my primary vet never responded to an email I sent about a dietary consult. My primary vet also didn't respond to me when I reached out to discuss what follow up was needed after an ER visit for my dog due to a new neurological incident. I had to edit my review to make space for the update. In my previous review I gave details about my sister's case and explained that the receptionists claimed she threatened them and called them the r word on the phone when she expressed her concerns about very delayed communication with an urgent medical need. Harris's response is commenting on that piece of the review when they say they do not tolerate mistreatment. They also accused me of threatening them and calling them liars but I recorded the call to prove what was actually said.
