Nice small shop, not a lot of inventory but I managed to find a piece of rolling stock. Has a shelf layout on one of the walls. It was not operating but owner said I could run trains if I wanted to. My wife was waiting in the car so I kindly responded I better not start. The owner was very friendly and said they really catered to the kids. That's very comforting because I fear the hobby is dying with us old guys. I always enjoy looking at other layouts as you can get great ideas. Like I have a 9ft area the I need to look like a retaining wall, guess what, the had one, not 9ft but a long one. Best part they sold material I can use to build it. Plenty of parking and always worth a stop.

She was completely charming and a wonderful representative of this store. I made a beautiful needlepoint that I brought to them to have made into a pillow. I went into the store 2 months later (same icy reception) to check on the pillow and was told that it takes a minimum of three months to make the pillow. Fine. I got a call two weeks ago saying my pillow was lost and could I bring a photo of my project so they could replace the canvas and thread. Ok. I walked into the store last week to reconcile this heartbreaking mistake. The stores attendants again stared at me like I was wrecking their day for the interruption with my pillow. I walked out with no answers or solution. They did replace my threads and canvas so I could do my needlepoint over again. Needless to say I can not recommend this establishment. .
