Buddy soldered half of one connector out of 3 total connectors I needed soldered. They so desperately claim they need people like me's business to stay open but then refuse service how ironic. Very glad I didn't spend over $3,000 in Traxxas rc's from this shop. I was in one of the aisles, bent down, looking at the Christmas houses for the village when 1 of the employees came flying down the same aisle with a trolley. She hit me so hard, she knocked me over. Then when I had the nerve to say something to her, she actually said I didn't have to be such a bi+ch about it. Eventually a manager was brought over to me. He offered me a cold water and ice pack and a coupon. Never offered to fill out a report or to bring the girl over to apologize to me. I don't know if she still works there but if she does she shouldn't. Then one of the younger men working in 1 of the aisles actually had the nerve to come out and say to my husband that we had nerve to even be upset because it's not like she did it on purpose. Like she insulted me and called me a name after she rammed a cart into me. Very unprofessional. Very unsafe. It's a shame that the manager didn't even really seem to care. I love Michael's but this definitely changed my view on this location and manager.

Us being regulars and it being a small business, we were disappointed to notice we never got any sales, freebies, or discounts with the amount of money we were spending here (and I mean THOUSANDS every other week!) While this place was an era for us, we've found better stores in the Sarasota area that are way more friendly, knowledgeable, and love their regulars.
