I brought my wedding ring in for side stone tightening and center stone re-set as the prong was…read moreslightly shifted and would catch fibers and hairs. I was quoted and given an estimate of "ready by mid-week" of the following week for pick up. They even offered to take a look at all other side stones, I was thinking this was a great situation so far. I was sent an invoice the same day and paid it in full (I will not do that again). When I called to ask if it was ready for pick up by the estimated time provided, I was told it was "on the bench and would be ready next week." I told them they gave me that same information when I originally dropped it off five days earlier. This is now pushing into week two for this repair. Giving the benefit of doubt, I waited another week for the repair to be completed. When I called the second time to get a confirmation that the ring was ready, I was told it was "on his bench and should be done by end of day or first thing tomorrow morning." At this point it was clear to me that this was a back burner item for the company and was not being handled professionally in a timely manner. After coming in the next day, it was apparent that all they did was clean the ring. The center stone was not re-set and the side stone was clearly not tightened. Upon asking them to take a second look, the side stone was tightened and some of the fibers/hairs were pulled out giving the appearance of the repair being completed. I had concerns at this point but in frustration decided to take my ring home with me. Once taking a closer look at home it was clear that the center stone was not re-set as there were still fibers/hairs stuck deep in the chair of the prong indicating they did not accurately complete the agreed upon task. Not trusting them to correct the issue with a third opportunity and also considering the length of time and previously over-extended promises with a poor execution of work, I will not be using their services moving forward.

A bit more about our visit... When I first called the shop to inquire about their offerings the customer service was off the charts. A well spoken customer service associate answered all of my questions and even remembered my name. Upon our arrival we were offered delicious coffee while we shopped. The three brothers who are sons of the founders were personable, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The Rolex we found is so beautiful with diamonds and gold accents. We were ecstatic because in today's market where a nice Rolex is hard to find! The shop owners took the time to explain how to care for the watch and what to expect as an owner. The full run down was especially appreciate because, like I mentioned, it's our first Rolex.
