While I understand that Chase is a global entity, I have to comment that Chase does have that small town bank feel to their customer service. Now, GUESS how much extra money this "amazing" new savings account earned me over the course of 1 year? .002 cents... BUT, it cost me way more in over draft fees (even though I had the money) and $30 a month just to have the "high yielding" account!
