I travel a lot for business and in addition to this particular branch, I have been to many Chase branches and cannot remember ever having an issue. While I understand that Chase is a global entity, I have to comment that Chase does have that small town bank feel to their customer service. In my primary location, everyone knows me by name and greets me warmly. If you are looking for a bank, I would definitely recommend Chase. He also failed to tell me that all my auto payments for my bills would no longer work. I went back repeatedly asking them to put things back they way they were... but EVERY TIME, I got a song and dance until I went to ANOTHER WellsFargo bank and they told me I was basically scammed. Now, GUESS how much extra money this "amazing" new savings account earned me over the course of 1 year? .002 cents... BUT, it cost me way more in over draft fees (even though I had the money) and $30 a month just to have the "high yielding" account! That is how you treat someone who has been a loyal customer for 27 years? SHAME!!
