I googled "loans" in my area. All of the good reviews said, "Ivy (pronounced Eevie} helped with my…read moresituation, etc". There were so many good reviews about Ivy. Everywhere. As if she is famous for loans and understanding. So, I filled out the info online for my title loan, because of Ivy, and they sent me an email statement of no can do no loan. I did not want to talk to them. I wanted to speak with Ivy. I only filled out all of your online info because of Ivy. I wanted to speak with Ivy, directly. You guys should change all of this and invove Ivy. I wanted a local loan place to talk to. After the online fiasco, I walked into the first "loan" place on my google maps. I wanted to speak with a real person and not a bot. And, Lo and behold, this amazing person helped me, and after all was said and done... It's Ivy! And I get a loan, that same day. I did not realize that the person helping me was Ivy, the one I read about in all of the reviews, and I read reviews ALWAYS before dealing with a company. I was distraught, Ivy said "Don't worry, we will work something out" which made me feel so at ease. I have income and have just fallen on hard times. That's the kind of people that Ivy can help. Ivy is a Known name around here for help in hard times. Love you, Ivy. Thank you so much.

Never doing this before but knowing the few checks from customers that have accounts at chase are dead beats I was floored and I said you have to be kidding me that's highway robbery seeing its your check you would cash it ? Without me paying $10. Dollars? One damn key stroke?? You should be ashamed. The female manager ran out from the bank to defend the practice, and yelling that this teller was a former cop. WHAT? THREATENING TO ASSEST ME FOR VOICING MY OPINION? I asked for the check back since my bank was next door. The manager was grabbing for it as if to deny the check to me I grabbed it first out on the teller hands. Now I have plenty of chase CC 's so I asked my partner why not an account and they said you did at one point and now you know why you don't anymore. It seems the banks are losing money esp. Chase so I guess the figure they can rob the customers instead of getting rid of bloated Mgr. Staff and poor business practices.

He decided he'd hand back my check because I was being questioned on who gave me my check. I've cashed in many other branches and never had a problem. End of the day, my check was cashed under supervision, but was treated with poor customer satisfaction. I had an appointment to open my bank account with Regions, after this experience, I handed the card back and told them I'd deposit next time instead of coming in and being treated this way! 0 stars if that was possible!!

I was there at exactly 3:55 last Friday, April 21st. The doors were locked, no one was inside and the lights were out. There was NOTHING posted on the door saying that they would be closing early. For the bank to be shut down that tightly they had to have left long before I arrived. Closing at 4:00 means closing at 4:00, not 3:45 or 3:50 or 3:55....not even 3:59. It means 4:00!
