Mrs. K. wanted the whole K clan to visit Universal and, of course, stay. We were able to get better rates through AAA than Universal. Tickets are included with your room. What is not included is their version of FastPass. FastPass for the Mario park was about $300 per person, no discount for kids. I purchased 8 passes. I just don't see myself getting on any rides. One additional positive was that we were able to get our Florida resident discount for the three rooms we reserved. This location also offers AAA home and auto insurance, as well as many other services.

Mike McDonald, a graduate of the Jesuit University of Detroit, has my highest recommendation as an…read moreethical insurance broker. Although his office on Collier Blvd may not resemble a NY showcase, the service offered is impeccable, ethical, comprehensive, and courteous. His assistance is also free of charge--given that his company is compensated by the insurance brokers, not his customers. Although he is the long-term owner, Mike McDonald just spent thirty minutes of his time explaining why our Tower Hill insurance became Tower Hill insurance exchange. A customer couldn't ask for more considerate assistance, especially considering that there was no charge for such kind assistance. Sadly, the unethical behavior of some roofing companies and lawyers after hurricane Irma has led to many well known insurance companies to flee the Florida market, reducing the viable companies from ten to four and resulting in inevitable increases in home insurance for all. Approximately, thirty percent of all homeowners have lost all homeowners' insurance. If you need or have lost your homeowner or auto insurance, it's definitely worthwhile to reach out to the McDonald Insurance Agency. And perhaps you've heard his commercial on local radio--in which his kids participate. It's delightful.

If you don't your premium will go up and you will not have the choices that you have at 65. Mrs. K. just turned 65 in August we originally chose Aetna Managed Care. But with all the medications she takes regular old Medicare with a supplement seemed to be the wise choice. This is where the value of Health Markets comes in. We had the privilege of Ron C. taking care of us. His knowledge of ALL the plans available was indispensable. We had three visits and Ron spent total time with us over 6 hours!! Since Mrs. K. is 65 she can move plans around easier than I. But the options of each plan are what eats the time and which plan is the best cost and value. Ron C. evaluated Aetna, Humana, AARP, and Medicare with supplement. After crunching the numbers the supplement while higher in initial cost per month will be her best plan. When the time comes it wouldn't hurt to go to an expert.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience…read more The original Tax Professional Group was exceptional. After the company was purchased (approximately two years ago), the quality of service declined dramatically. We tried to be patient during the transition, expecting that new ownership and employees would eventually settle in. Unfortunately, that never happened. What was once a professional, customer-focused business has become disorganized and frustrating to work with. We experienced repeated mistakes, and a lack of accountability. Instead of receiving the "PROFESSIONAL" guidance we were paying for, we found ourselves dealing with additional fees, penalties, and unnecessary stress. One of the most disappointing aspects was being referred to Paychex. Our experience with that company was equally frustrating, with extremely poor customer service and little confidence that anyone understood our situation or was taking ownership of it. Rather than helping resolve issues, it felt like we were being passed from one company to another while our problems remained unresolved. They probably get referral kickbacks. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of urgency or concern for the consequences their mistakes can have on their clients. When you're hiring tax professionals, you're trusting them with matters that can have serious financial and legal implications. Instead of support and solutions, we felt left to deal with the fallout on our own. Not to mention, steep penalties and fees from the state for their lack of follow through. If you're considering using this firm, I would strongly encourage you to do your research first. Our experience has been months of frustration, being caught between multiple companies, receiving little acknowledgment when things went wrong, and no meaningful effort to make the situation right. It's truly unfortunate to see what was once an outstanding local company decline so significantly.
