My family and I have been policy holders for more than a decade with this company. It's actually…read morekind of difficult to say what I'm going to say, but this is business and I have to be honest. Don't use this company. They sent the wrong people when we had a massive leak at one of our properties and it cost us quite a bit. Then there was a problem with something as simple as me canceling my auto policy because I found a cheap one through USAA. This was all blamed on Will McDonald, who I found to be a great agent over the years. He's not there anymore, and the problems we had were laid at his feet. At the end of the day, he's your hire, you promoted him, and you should oversee what he's doing. He's your employee. That's on you. But this agency doesn't want to take any blame. You're better off with another company and it pains me to say this, but they never even tried to keep me or my family with them. I never got a phone call or voicemail. Nothing after a decade of being loyal customers. They never owned up to their mistakes and never tried to make amends. Insurance is difficult enough when people know what they're doing, and sadly, this company does not.

Worst experience ever with First Integrity Title Company…read more From the start they were slow to respond and when I sent proof our seller Paid off his loan 10 years ago they would not give the clear title. I also sent the Recorded Deed of Reconveyance from the County and they still wouldn't clear the title. I sent this same information to our preferred and AMAZING title company TICOR... and they said move the transaction to us and we can close in 2 days. I had to reach out to the old title company from 10 years ago and finally got the letter they needed to close the transaction. Then our seller had to call to track down the funds that were sitting in their office in the form of a check 2 days after it closed, they sent it via FedEx. We had to wait 3 days for the FedEx to arrive so we could close our file and get paid by our Broker. On top of that... I specifically told them to make the reimbursement check for the HOA resale package to my Team leader... and they made it out to me. If an offer comes in with First Integrity as the Title Company we will be strongly encouraging and explaining to the seller as to why we need to counter NOT to use them for the transaction. Again... THE WORST Experience EVER...

I went and seek consultation with several law firms in the area and the fees were outrageous. I dealt with Lillian Elizondo-Mobsby at First Integrity Title for the past couple weeks and the experience was surprisingly very pleasant. The process to secure my property should be extremely complex - from several law firms' perspective- but Lillian handled it with ease. The fee was far more better than others have quoted me. She went above and beyond in handling all the transactions/communications - Very promptly responded to all my requests. I would highly recommend her services to all the people I know, and moreso, to those I trust.
