When I first moved to Florida from the North East I was overwhelmed with how different insurance…read moreneeds are for home and auto and my realtor gave me The Thompson Agency, Inc. Phone number where I met my new agent, Joan who for over five years has always been there when I need her assistance and going through my first hurricane experience in 2024 Joan helped me navigate through this stressful time and not only was she always available when I called she would also check in with me to make sure that the insurance property loss process was going smoothly. It's so nice to call The Thompson Agency and have a person pick up the phone and not an automated phone system. I can always call Joan and get all my insurance questions answered and when the policy is up for renewal I can count on Joan and The Thompson Agency, and the Orlando office to check in with me and to review my coverages for the next year and to walk through my coverages to make sure I'm properly covered. When a hurricane hit central Florida in 2024 my house had damages and being new to hurricane insurance losses Joan not only assisted me on the steps to do she also was sympathetic and truly cared about us and our safety and without the support I received from The Thompson Agency, Ing and Joan I would of been a wreck going through this matter. I now have my golf cart, homeowners and auto insurance all with The Thompson Agency (Orlando office) and I couldn't be happier knowing that I have the best insurance company in central Florida. If you want to be treated like a person and not like a number reach out to The Thompson Agency and start experiencing the best customer service you can get! Thanks Joan for always being there for us and for many years to come!

I contacted eight loan officers, prior to meeting Mr Goodykoontz, that could not generate an SBA loan, to refinance my business, over a period of about two years. Mr. Goodykoontz was able to get me the 25 year SBA loan I have been trying to obtain for the last two years. He worked with me on a daily bases to make sure all the documents were properly presented to the SBA bank for approval. This is very important to obtain a loan from any financial institution. I have eight years of banking experience, in the seventies, and because of this I feel very comfortable with Mr. Goodykoontz knowledge of the banking industry. If you truly want to generate results, working with Mr. Goodykoontz is the way to go because he is the BEST. Robert Simpson

They are great people that is no doubt. Michael in our initial interview told me he had tons of experience in a certain area concerning my taxes and unique needs. I sent him a text he responded, he requested a meeting and right before our meeting canceled because he said he wasn't doing that kind of work anymore. I asked for a referral none. I also asked him to explain his expertise and he canceled. This company did nothing for me in relation to my money and financial needs except waste my time. I give 5 stars in selling themselves. 1 star in actually doing what they sell and not being intimidated to clarify their experience and expertise. Who I do business with has no problem being asked those questions and I have never had someone cancel a meeting because of this after bragging about how good they were at it. It's your money this just my experience. Thank you for your Response. However, you asked for the meeting, then sent me an email saying you were stepping back from my circumstances that require special consideration after I scheduled it. The only reason you were considered was because you and your wife in our initial call bragged about that you brought that to the table... so it's confusing why you stated that, asked for a meeting and then canceled by email. I am fine in fact happy to not have that someone who makes erratic business decisions taking care of my taxes and specialized needs. Yes of course you were paid nothing. Thank you and good luck.
