So after improper service you rob me by charging me extra. If you can not handle money order over 500$ then you are in the wrong type f business. They did not want to give me a receipt because they were scared i was going to put a bad review or complain. But i got it any way and yea heres my shitty review of this stupid store.

I knew they would be busy but they responded right away and supplied a very fair and reasonable quote. I called and accepted their proposal. They said it would be a few weeks to get back to me and texted they could do the job the week after Thanksgiving. Right on time they started work and in a day an half finished, cleaned up and did an amazing job!! I'm happy to recommend them for any work they do. Very easy to work with and expert work.

We went into contract 3/4/21 to have an old lanai removed and install a new one. Mr. Romano charged us $9,459 to remove existing pan roof, reinstall 22' x 18.6" elite panel roof with two fan beams, restructure cage and rebuild sidewall, also in this charge was to replace damage screen on pool enclosure. Mr. Romano took our initial deposit of $3,000 cash on 4/27/21 because he preferred cash and didn't want us to pay with credit card or check, balance was to be paid upon completion which it was in cash! Mr. Romano removed and installed and did everything required on contract. Shortly after installation the rain season began, and the lanai was leaking in several areas. We have countless videos, images saved to show the lanai was leaking. Mr. Romano brought his crew countless times, in-fact I've lost count of the continuous leaks. Mr. Romano would send his crew whenever it was convenient to him and till this date it's still leaking. We're almost going on a year and the lanai is not up to par, still having leaks in several areas. We've been more than patient and now Mr. Romano refuses to respond to calls, texts. We're beyond frustrated and exhausted by unskilled people in this town. Next step is legal. Save your time, hard earned money and find people that know what they're doing.
