AAA is many things, and one I keep forgetting is that they are a first-class travel company. They have an extremely competent staff. Mrs. K. wanted the whole K clan to visit Universal and, of course, stay. We were able to get better rates through AAA than Universal. Tickets are included with your room. What is not included is their version of FastPass. FastPass for the Mario park was about $300 per person, no discount for kids. I purchased 8 passes. I just don't see myself getting on any rides. One additional positive was that we were able to get our Florida resident discount for the three rooms we reserved. This location also offers AAA home and auto insurance, as well as many other services. read more

My dad's car battery was going off the night before so we called AAA the next morning. We disconnected the battery to make the alarm stop so wanted the battery checked. The battery appears fine and so does the alternator. He filled up our tires and helped disconnect the battery again ;( until we could get it to the shop. Thanks Matthew! Ps lucky for us the wait time was only about 10 minutes as he was in the area! read more

Philip Sciacqua is now my insurance agent and put together an auto policy that saved me money. As a former CFO, there is no better coverage than what AAA offers after reviewing the information and competitive quotes. AAA has a reputable history of paying claims, a NO -nonsense agreement and AAA has the highest AM BEST investor rating. For sound advice and insurance coverage, you may reach Philip A. My husband and I worked with Jill Backman on an intricate trip to Italy, and she was amazing and so nice to work with! We thoroughly enjoyed meeting her, and we felt a real connection, not just a "here's your trip, bye" transaction. She stayed long after her shift ended so that we'd nail this down and qualify for a discount that ended the next day. She's a real gem! We also explored insurance through them. The first guy we contacted, David Neiman, left a bad taste in our mouths, so we moved on. He insisted that keeping our 22-year-old daughter on our policy was cost effective despite the additional liability and the fact that she's now independent. (I priced it out to find he was wrong) He dropped off the face of the earth when I emailed him back questioning that and also asking him to quote an umbrella and house policy. Luckily we talked to Ryan Johnston, who got us a quote with great prices (w/o our daughter on the policy) within the day. Pleasant to work with, too. Night and day experience. read more

A horrible experience.simple flat tire! They told me 2 months to get fixed?really they came to tow it but I told them to go f---cl them

Recently had reason to call AAA for a battery problem the first driver Benny told me he didn't have any battery for my Santa Fe. Tried to tell me I needed a special battery although AAA put this battery in my vehicle on November 2022 which gave me two more years warranty once he heard that there was no chance I was getting a new battery. He told me to have it towed to auto zone and buy a new battery. Unhappy with this service I called and had a new tech respond with the results being the same the second driver Kyle lied to me telling me my battery was good just needed to be jumped. When the other driver already told me one of the cells were no good. The battery didn't turn over after charging over night. AAA advertised three years warranty on their batteries so they are in the habit of false advertising and lying to their customers. Canceling my 25 year membership today. read more

Beware this group! Sent representative out to change flat. Unable to remove first lug nut due to incorrect tool selection. After stripping first bolt went on to strip three more bolts for reasons beyond my understanding. Towed car to my mechanic for repairs totaling $495 that AAA declined to reimburse. Terrible service - waited 2.5 hours for a jump and no one ever came. When I called back I was told to go home and to call back in the morning. After 2.5 hours of waiting, now it was dark out and I was expected to get home with a car that won't start. Would never recommend AAA to anyone! And I have been a customer for many years, waste of money! Not even a follow up call from them the next day. read more

Roadside Service: Contacted AAA Naples for a dead battery. It was 2:00 in the afternoon, we were stranded in a parking lot and needed help. AAA replied promptly and I liked the fact that they had given us tracking data so we could figure how long to wait. It was 15 minutes, that's pretty quick to me. Joshua Huggins was the technician and he was amazing. He took care of replacing the battery and took care of us! It was hot and he offered us ice cold bottled water which was greatly appreciated. Joshua made a crummy situation better. Thank you! read more

Beware; if the distance that your car needed to be towed is significant AAA might never come. It took me three days to get my car towed by AAA. Also, if you decided to cancel your membership make sure to do it in advance; more then 30 days in advance. It takes 10 to 15 business days after cancellation request is made for AAA to refund your money. read more

It's a shame that 1 star is a low as this review can go. Wasted two days of my time, then when I asked to speak to someone who could resolve my issue, stated that they can't fix it but will notate my unhappiness. They can't fix issues, only pass them off to others. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. Waited 8 hours for a tow truck. Driver never called to give me ETA. I made 6 calls to the 800 number to no avail. All they could tell me is that they could see my request. What a waste of my time and money. read more

I've been trying to do this on line stuff but was to much for me the last few days! So I called and I was so Please with the voice on the phone (Rosie) she made me feel relaxed and was so sweet she took care of my needs for a tow to my mechanics place! She told me driver would be there at 9:45 AM because of her comfort & her kindness I decided to upgrade my policy for me and my two adult children. She did that without a blink of an eye. Rosie I would say is great asset to your company. Before hanging up I got a call from the tow guy JC he was six minutes away very impressive, he was way ahead of schedule. I too found kindness and calmness in him in a comforting sort away very good at what he does so today I'm Tripoli impressed with AAA thank you for making my day better blessings read more

I've been on hold for 30 minutes to obtain a International Drivers License.

AAA Road Wise Course held at this office was fantastic! I learned a great deal and was glad I went. AAA PREMIUM! yes they take your money but can not deliver service! As a"Premium" member all I can say is they SUCK!!! My husband was in front of a car that hit a large piece of metal on the road, it went under his car and demolished his gas tank. Given the exact location, AAA could not seem to locate the vehicle. Long story short, seemingly, they didn't have anyone to respond so they just said they could not locate the vehicle. After many calls, they said they will get someone out again within another 2 hours. So.... after 3+ hours of waiting, we called them. Guess what, they gave us the name of the towing company so we could call them direct. That company told us that they don't respond much to AAA because they are not paid well or at all! Ended up calling local towing company and they responded and took care of the problem within 30 minutes. NATIVE TOWING-LAKE WORTH Fl. Triple A can kiss my ass!!!!! read more

Nov 30, 2018 -I'm a snowbird with a car resident in Naples - with a dead battery when we arrived. Robert Gonzales arrived within 20 minutes of my call to AAA (I have a CAA membership and no hassles at all about using that membership with AAA). Battery was almost completely dead so Robert stayed after boosting it, putting on a more serious charge from his truck. No luck, battery was shot. So in the next 15 minutes, Robert replaced the battery. He was a treat to deal with and the entire process from phone call to AAA to Robert's departure took about a hour, and left me with a new battery without all the hassle of a garage visit. Thank you, AAA and Robert. David - from Toronto, Canada read more

Beware of the bait and switch tactic used in booking a Florida cruise. Assured the so called amenities on AAA website would be honored and now after cruise booked they are no longer available because of "securing such a low cruise price." Doing my own research, Costco Travel Services online opened to all Costco members has the same cruise, same dates, same deck same category room for $200 less plus they are giving additional $120 room credit among other incentives so that is $320 less. Wish I did my homework! Very Disappointing! read more

I have been. AAA member for years and never took advantage of the insurance. I am relocating to Florida since my company headquarters is on the move. AAA was recommended by someone as well as the other companies. I was put in touch with Julie Frangello who handled all of the homeowners and auto insurance. She provided fantastic service and provide the best rates. I also did some research on the competitive quotes and looked up reviews on the companies the policies were farmed out to and the reviews were not favorable in most of the cases. The reviews on AAA were excellent and have the backing of the Better Business Bureau. That made my decision on going with AAA even more compelling. I have recommended AAA to all my colleagues and cannot say enough of Julia's awesome service!! Tom P. read more

I have been a member for several years and have utilized AAA on many occasions. I used them to open my locked car (while motor was running), i used them to fix a flat tire and to tow me to a tire store to replace a tire on I-4. Those who respond are fast and courteous and make an unpleasant experience, pleasant. I recently bought my grandson a membership as he will be traveling from college to his home in Florida from North Carolina. I feel he is much safer now. Totally recommend AAA read more

AAA is outstanding in customer service. Different insurance companies call me and ask me if I am interested in their towing services etc. I ask them: do you provide discounts on theme parks, hotels and other retail stores? ...Well, NO they say...I say: Call me back when you do...I have AAA. Oh, they say...Goodbye! Where else can you go in and tell them, "I am going on a long trip soon on the northeast coast and would like you to make me a travel book for free - right now. And maps and tour books on the states I will be visiting for free - right now." And 10 minutes later it is done perfectly. AAA does all that with a smile. Your services are worth every cent. Oh and I didn't even get to the part about towing services and road side assistance everywhere! I have been reading other reviews. From me, a senior also...mellow out. Wow, like the traffic is AAA's fault, or the FREE class wasn't perfect. As a world traveler telling you all...be thankful everyday for everything. You'll be a lot happier. Thanks read more

I tried calling Naples AAA was put on hold forever, then I got a prompt that all their agents were busy. I left a message but never heard back. I been a member for 15 years and have never received such terrible customer service. I needed a trip ticket so I called the Independence Ohio office, where were from, and was immediately taken care of. I don't know if the Naples office feels there above customers or to good to deal with anyone outside of Naples. However, the bottom line is they work there their not the owners. Impressive AAA office! Efficient, friendly staff.

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, at the front reception counter, as well as the trip ticket agents. I also had questions about when the next AAA class for Seniors would be offered. To date, there is no schedule for January. The only improvement I would suggest is having the store open at least one evening per week and half a day on Saturday for folks who work or want to avail themselves of the Florida Sunshine! Also, a local area map and tour book dispensing machine would be terrific when the store is closed evenings and weekends. Great service and customer service. Keep it up! read more

AAA has been easy to work with and the employees always get me an answer. When they finally offered home with auto I signed up. Rates seem fair compared to some others that will remain unnamed. I have been a AAA member for 30 plus years. We recently booked two large trips with the Naples office travel. One was for a trip to the Dominican Republic which included 14 members of my family, the second a trip to Turks and Caicos. I will never use triple A travel again. The first trip to the Dominican Republic one of my grandchildren had a seizure the first day we we there and my sons family had to fly home to get him medical attention, when we returned to the USA I contacted the travel agent and explained our situation, I was told there was nothing she could do and I would have to deal directly with the travel insurance company. It turned out to be a nightmare and I received no help whatsoever from AAA. The second trip we went to Turks and Caicos. When we booked the trip we were told we were getting a ocean view room on the top floor, upon arriving we were given a ground floor unit with a view of the office, it had to be the worse room on the property. I contacted the travel agent and received NO help again and was told to try and no let the room ruin your vacation. That was it I will never use triple A again and plan on not renewing my membership after 30 plus years. We have taken two other trips since then with another travel agency and it was wonderful, no problems and they worked with you every step of the way. Check around before you choose a travel agency, there's a lot of good ones out there. read more
