The people taking the passport photos are incompetent. They use old technology, and those operating the camera can't properly use it or the ancient printer that tints the photos yellow/orange. They took the photos at a bad angle, and the flash let shadows all over the photos. They also marked up my photo with pen, and it was ultimately denied when I tried to submit it. Go to a professional to get your passport photos done. read more

I currently live in Naples, and have had a AAA membership for roadside assistance, the plus version, for about four years. Have not really had to use it that much until recently, when my car battery died. Unfortunately, AAA is not what it used to be, it used to be customer first, and business second. I was stuck in the middle of a road when my car died, I called AAA roadside assistance to come test my battery in my alternator, so I knew which when I had to buy, and where to go from there. This was around 7 o'clock at night. Unfortunately, AAA does not have its own trucks , Or fleet anymore, they have subbed out to mom and pop towing places. They were unable to assist me at that time, because there light truck personnel as they called it, we're off the clock. And here I thought AAA was available to me no matter what time my car broke down. Needless to say, I will be searching for other roadside assistance companies that offer 24 hour roadside assistance instead of when it was just convenient for them. AAA used to have its own company, its own fleet, and its own operators. Now they say about operators, and their service to mom and pop locations. And they take forever to get to you. AAA has become a joke read more

Comprehensive good advice with no fear of being taken advantage of or sold products you don't need. And great prices!

I went in to AAA to get an International Driver's License and was in and out within 1/2 hour. Well worth the $10 which included the pictures and the hassel-free experience. read more

I really think this AAA office is a gem. I use them often in trip planning, picking up maps, and purchasing event tickets. The cashier in the back is very helpful on which tickets to purchase and gives advise freely on best times of the year to make purchases. They are ALWAYS busy, so don't be put off if there is a line. That means they are doing a service for our community. read more

The meeting itself was ok. The traffic in Naples getting to the hotel was some of the worst I have seen due to other events in town that day. Bonita Springs would be a better location. read more

John Lee did a great job for my wife and I. He spent the time necessary to find the best option for us regarding our insurance needs. We highly recommend John and thank him for his professionalism. In todays world of "no service" it's unusual to find people like John and the staff at the Naples AAA who provide "excellent service." read more

We worked with Sandy Simmons in your Naples office, and she was wonderful. We needed home and auto insurance due to our move to Florida, she guided us through the options, premiums, coverages, and liabilities with skill and knowledge. In addition, she was cheery, and upbeat throughout -- and it made our search for the best plans a most enjoyable and satisfying one. I would recommend AAA to anyone moving to Florida and in need of insurance. Thank you, Sandy! read more

I did not visit the AAA in Naples. Possibly my Ex-husband and new wife visited, but really AAA get the names right and especially the phone number. I have been called and notified by email to take this survey. AAA you fail!!! read more

Full disclosure, this review is about AAA in general, not about this store. Be forewarned if you use AAA service to replace dead car batteries they may well not carry the kind you need, and then you'll be out of luck. This happened to me recently. The guy who came out to help me said that AAA was no longer, and had not been for a while, carrying strong enough batteries for my car, and for many other types of car. The last battery AAA had installed was too weak which is why it died before the 3 years were up. He said I could get it replaced elsewhere and submit the charge for reimbursement. AAA are now fighting me on this and telling me I cannot be reimbursed for the cost of the new battery and that I would only be reimbursed for the old battery. I no longer have documentation on that battery replacement. I will cancel my AAA membership after this current membership year if this is not remedied. I don't use any other of their services and will not pay for lack of service such as this. read more

I love this AAA office, but on this day I went in simply to purchase 2 tickets to the Salvadore Dali museum in St. Pete. I waited quite a long time in line - there were 2 agents, and 1 had difficulty with her computer system accepting Canadian guests. The man in front of me took a very long time just to get 2 tickets to a Halloween special. The 2 agents behind the desk kept switching back and forth with who they were helping. About 10 minutes later it was my turn. The woman didn't look me in the eye during the transaction, tried to give me tickets to Dollywood, left me to look at the other computer problem, and finally tried to send me home without my AAA card. She also demanded the name of my guest to the museum, and when I told her, she tried to correct me on the proper pronunciation of his name. Nevermind that she has never met him, and doesn't understand that different cultures pronounce names differently than Americans do. Their desk was a complete mess, and the entire experience took about 1/2 hour of my day. If I go back for tickets ever again I will make sure that those 2 clowns are not working, because it's not worth the aggravation to save a couple of bucks. read more

As long as you have two hours to spend waiting even if you were told to be there as a specific time then it is an OK service . The problem is you have to plan on waiting an hour or more to see a travel agent. At least this has been my experience every time I have used them . They apparently don't make appointments as when I was told to come in a one oclock, I still had to sit and wait an hour for "my turn" Also I was called at home and told to come in and pick up my packet. When I went in to the main counter they had no idea where it was or with whom. I drove 30 minutes to get it and as I had a scheduled appointment elsewhere, I couldn't sit there with all the other people waiting until my packet was located. AAA is very inefficient and wastes customers time. I suggest they try to schedule actual appointments rather than having people sit and wait until they are next. AAA here reminds me of the old days with the motor vehicle bureau; where you just had to go in stand in line no matter if it took hours or not. They are not like that nowadays thank goodness. So why does Naples AAA treat their customers as if everyone has no time constraints. read more
