The Todd agency needs to listen to their clients. They are great at selling, terrible at servicing their accounts and are of little help with claim issues. Allstate lost my title, then did NO RESEARCH on their own, but believed a "Big Lie" and even after the lie was confirmed a lie. They continued to support it. Go to State Farm. read more

A disgusting company, I have since moved my family's policies to another local Allstate. The "manager" Carlos was extremely rude to me when I last dealt with this disgusting company and he honestly turned me off so much so I switched Allstate's. Whoever hire this carlos guy should be fired as well as carlos because just hearing that man speak (has a bit of an accident) makes me sick for how he spoke to my mother. Ted Todd is only of those large scale Allstate's that just buys leads, forces you to go with their insurance, wants everything home auto etc regardless of if coverages and polices are in your best interest and then once they have your business you'll never hear from them and it's on to the next sucker. Good luck ever having your policies serviced. I'd stay away. This was a couple of months ago I went through all of this with this company so keep that in mind but I'm sure these terrible people are still there. The lack of communication from the agents (Yoselin Todd) cost us paying for two months of insurance we shouldn't have had to pay. We were cancelling our FEMA insurance. In November we sent the request to the agent and she in turn sent us documents to be signed (all electronically as all their offices are fully remote). We signed the documents and returned them within a day or two. We received confirmation that all was signed and emailed her stating so. She did acknowledge the receipt of our email. We never heard anything after that so we assumed all was good. Fast forward a month.... sent an email requesting the status of the cancellation and refund, no response. Fast forward another month...we are now in January....We again reached out to Ted Todd Insurance. After waiting 30 minutes on the phone to speak with an agent, we were told we needed to sign more documents. Again they sent them to us and we signed. We were told we would be contacted the following Wednesday with an update. We didn't hear from the agent until we contacted them. We were told the FEMA insurance was approved to be cancelled but from the January date. So we would not be reimbursed for the months of December and January. The agent (Yoselin) would not return our phone calls and sent the situation to another agent. As a whole, the agency will not reimburse us. Had the agency had better communication and follow through, none of this would have happened. Do not recommend this agency!!! read more
