Andy took the time to work out great coverage but reduced my increase to a manageable amount. The most significant change that saved me was switching to binding arbitration, which meant I gave up the right to sue. What has happened in Florida is that roofs can be repaired, but the homeowner automatically knows if they sue, they get a new roof. I have gone through two hurricanes and suffered some damage, but I repaired my roof.

About as bad as it gets. Beware and stay away from this agent and State Farm in general…read more We moved our policy to this agent recently because our previous agent started making billing changes without our approval (which resulted in much higher charges for us). This new agent said they would help fix the issues and get our account figured out, including helping us settle the current balance due by spreading it out over four months. It took numerous months for them to actually do anything with our policy. Then they wrote us the week of Christmas telling us to pay over $1,000 that week. We made a partial payment, which they said was okay. The following month, they took the entire due balance ($1,200+) out of our bank account without authorization. We immediately called and requested our money returned to us. It took an entire week for her to come back and tell us our refund was denied! We will be filing a chargeback through our bank now for their unauthorized theft of funds from our bank account and moving to a difference insurance company that doesn't treat their customers like garbage. This agent will say what they need to say to get your business and then do what they want afterwards. I wouldn't even recommend them to my worst enemy. This agent should lose their licensing, and I will be sure to pursue additional complaints to make sure that happens.
