It seems like they are trying to answer questions so they don't have to transfer you to an agent. I had questions about flood insurance which I'm sure thousands of people have in Florida. The agent I was transferred to didn't know anything about it because they were new to Florida. They put me on hold to find out about it and really did answer some of the questions when they came back on the line. I had questions about the FEMA program. It was a wasted call.
