If you are in the market to finance or purchase a vehicle, this is one place that I would not recommend wasting your time and especially not your money on! I was in the market to purchase a vehicle for the sole purpose of transporting my disabled and sick children to and from their numerous in and out of state medical appointments which was known to the sales team the minute I walked through their door. I ended up finanancing a 2012 Hyundai Sonata from them six months ago and began experiencing major front end issues on my way home from driving off of the lot in it. I have returned the car to them a minimum of three times where they claimed to fix the problem but failed to do so. The car is now sitting in my driveway with what I have been told is a locked up engine that has just a little over 107,000 miles on it. I have attempted to reach out to these people several times in the past month, but the messages I have left have been completely ignored. I'm assuming it has something to do with the fact that they're busy fattening their pockets off of unsuspecting customers to be able to return a simple phone call, and I wouldn't want anyone to have to endure the hell that I have experienced since driving off of their lot in the vehicle that they financed me knowing what kind of situation I am in with my kids. My children's health continues to suffer as a result of them selling us an overpriced lemon that was purchased at an auction for a fraction of the price that I am paying for it since their doctor's appointments are having to be rescheduled and alternate transportation arrangements made. The best advice I can give anyone who is in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle is to pass this place right on by and spread the word to any of your friends and family who may be looking to purchase. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, and it galls me to know that these people would put my family and I in an unsafe vehicle just to profit off of their misfortune and disabilities. What really disgusts me is that these people put on a good professional act and will even take time out of their busy schedule to pray with you if and when you do get suckered into purchasing from them but the fact of the matter is that they are actually praying that the vehicle they put you in makes it to your house when you drive off of their lot in it and that you will just go away as the mechanical issues just keep adding up. By the way, purchasing an extended warranty on one of these overpriced auctioned lemons is another absolute waste of money since the warranty will not cover anything major that goes wrong with your vehicle. The best advice I can give you is 1.) DON'T FINANCE OR PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE and 2.) If you are going to ignore the advice and warnings that can easily be reviewed just by reading the reviews on their website, at least have the sense to take a certified mechanic with you to check the vehicle out before you sign anyrhing or put any type of payment down. I only wish that I had followed my own advice which is why I'm passing it on to you. read more
