When we arrived there, the man in the first front desk, he asked what was I getting done today and I told him I was scheduled with Jason to get an oil change and I know Jason heard me because his desk is the one next to the man. Jason was busy with two other people and he was not following Covid regulations. He didn't wear a mask talking to the people before me and didn't practice social distancing either but then he saw me wearing a mask and then wore a mask when he was around me. I waited for a good 20 minutes until Luke came by and helped me. He was very sweet and extremely helpful. Luke just got finished helping a customer and approached us quickly so we didn't have to stand around for too long. We saw Jason just roaming around and not doing anything and Luke said he will help us instead with the oil change. We were so glad that Luke has so much great customer service and Jason wasn't the ideal the person to be speaking with next time we're in to service our car. Great job Luke! Had to edit my review. I just looked at my app and it says I have 9% oil life left and it was updated 17 Hours ago. Ford Estabrook didn't even change the oil out my car and I have to waste more gas to go back there to get it done right. I paid $54 for a oil change here& they didn't do squat to my car. WTF.

    I recently bought a used vehicle from Cannon Nissan in Moss Point. I received service from Vicky…read morethat was mind blowing. She was very unprofessional and did not help me resolve my issue. I have not had this vehicle for a full two months and I returned back to the Moss point location because the car has been telling me that the key cannot be detected. The key that I was given was old looking and rusty like it had been sitting in water. The key is green. I asked Vicky if I could get another key and she stated very rudely, yes if you have our key policy. Upon purchasing this vehicle, I was not made aware of any additional charges or fees that needed to be paid for in case the key did not work properly. This car is a 2025. Why would the key need insurance or not detecting properly is what I was thinking... I will not be returning to Cannon Nissan in Moss point or recommending this car lot to anyone in the future proceeding. I did not feel valued or appreciated while I was there. I am just an honest working person who was trying to get a dependable vehicle.

I was very clear with the saleswoman from the beginning: I had just purchased a vehicle, I was actively repairing my credit, and I did not want to co-sign because I knew the deal would not go through. Despite this, she insisted everything was "good" and encouraged me to proceed anyway. Two days ago, I was told my credit was fine and to come in. Today, I watched in real time as my credit was hit with nine hard inquiries back-to-back, all from the same dealership--after they had already run my credit previously. Seeing it repeatedly pop up on Credit Karma was alarming and completely unnecessary. Only after the damage was done did she call to say, "Oh, we need another co-signer." That was the very concern I raised from the start. When I questioned why my credit had been run so many times--after explicitly stating I did not want that--her attitude became dismissive and unprofessional. For clarity: my son is capable of paying his own down payment without me. What's even more concerning is that while they claimed they would "work with him," they never provided clear information about an estimated down payment, financing terms, or next steps. On top of that, my son was given misleading information regarding how his job would factor into the deal, which felt like false advertising. This experience reflected a lack of transparency, disregard for my time and financial well-being, and an overall unprofessional tone. Southern charm does not excuse careless credit practices, wasted time, or condescension--especially when people are explicitly trying to be responsible with their finances. If you value your credit, your time, and honest communication, proceed with caution.
