I ordered a $3000 part from Cannon Toyota which was estimated to arrive around July 5th. I paid a 3% credit card fee due to not having $3k in my pocket. After being delayed twice and no promise of the part EVER being delivered I requested a refund after 40 days of waiting. After 2 trips to Cannon they were finally able to process the refund but DID NOT refund the $90 fee! I paid $90 to wait 40 days for a mythical part that may not ever be delivered. Was mislead by the pricing on the internet. Toyota tundra showed $58,000 online, and I did the invoice, it came out to be the same $58,000 and they offered $10,300 for my trade in online. I was told to come in to negotiate the price, they changed the price on the website to $65,000 and pretended like they didn't change the price. And then they changed the price on my trade in value to $6,000 instead of what was honored when inputted my VIN. They tried to make it seem like they was giving me a deal but the deal turned out to be just me giving them my car for free and they still up charged me $6000. Would not recommend. Did not honor any discounts even though I took a screenshot of their website prior to reaching out. Funny how all the prices changed. And the sales man was talking over me when I tried to tell him about how price on their website was changed like he didn't know they changed it while I was there knowing I have the screenshots of the invoice. Another thing was that the website state that the car was "Brand New", I came there and test drove it, but had almost 6000 miles on it too. And they still wanted to up charge me. read more

I would NOT recommend Cannon Toyota . My experience was the worst I have ever experienced in a car dealership in 30 years . Mislead , Overpriced , don't want to give fair trade in value , the only part that was not bad was the actual salesperson himself as a person, great kid . But management holds their hands and only allows so much to work deals - I don't want to see anyone else to go through this . please don't waste your time there . Research !! My purchase vehicle value went down $18,000 within 45 days of purchase. Two weeks after purchase 3 exterior trim pieces and 1 interior trim piece came off- these Toyotas are cheaply made , nothing like they use to build and run forever . Look at all the problems they are having - it's out there . Most astonishing thing I have ever experienced with a truck manufacturer . Buy another dealer or manufacturer honestly - you'll be better off in the long run . The mileage isn't what they tell you either and dealing with Toyota themselves is even worse , advertised and on window sticker but yet have NOT reached what was promised not even close . I used Estabrook service department for years and was very satisfied with them. Then Cannon bought the dealership. I take my car in every 5000 miles. Tire rotation one trip and oil change the next. I decided to organize the receipts in the glove compartment the other day and found that Cannon had done 4 oil changes in a row a nd no tire rotations. Of course the oil changes cost twice as much as the tires. Last time I will use cannon. read more

Couldn't have been any happier. Easiest transaction I have had buying a car, and I have bought a bunch. Today was the third visit for scheduled service. Went to make appointment online and was sent to a create a profile site, nope not me, so I called and no problem. Leslie was my advisor and as good as could be, kept me updated and was a great representative for the dealership. From the greeting to the exit she made me feel welcomed. We will be buying all the future Pugmobiles here as long as Chuck and Leslie are there for us. Memo to owners: pay those two more, it would be money well spent. Like many consumers I have been searching for a 2021 Tundra with the right price and equipment that I need. Found several but the dealers either price gouged you or the trade in was awful. This didn't occur with Estrabrook Toyota and Scott Mitchell ( salesperson). And folks I drove 3 hours to complete the transaction. I had another couple on the lot who wanted the same truck but Scott had made that deal over the phone. I already had prearranged financing and was in and out of the office in 5 minutes. After going over the changes with the Tundra and the complete inspection I was headed back. That is how you conduct business. A huge Army HOOAH to Scott. I would not advise to buy a Toyota vehicle . I've been put off for three months about rust appearing inside on my 4Runner . I've gotten rejected saying they won't fix it and there is nothing they can do. I was told this wasn't their fault it was an outside interference from a sippy cup causing condensation in the entire inside and it's what caused all the framing inside to rust . I bought this vehicle brand new and comes with all warranties including rust BUT they DO NOT hold up to there promise when you buy from them . I've bought from Joe Bullard Cadillac, BMW of mobile , Pat Peck Nissan and Lexus . I have never experienced this with any car before but when I looked up rust with Toyota's , well look it up for yourself . Seems the rust has been and issue with Toyota more than once and to hear them . It's the customers fault . Truly displeased especially considering their head services manager said he didn't agree with what they said an there was no way it could've happen but he has to do what he's told or it's his job . read more

I had a great experience servicing my car at Estabrook Toyota. I didn't have an appointment but they took me very quickly and I did not have to wait long at all. Josh, my service advisor, walked me through their courtesy inspection, didn't try to nickel and dime me or sell me anything, and just advised on some basic repairs (like brakes) that may need to be done in the future. I would beware of dealing with these people if I were considering another new car. Nothing major, but a lot of little things have come up that were irritating and inconvenient. First, I was told I would get a full tank of gas upon delivery of the new car. The low fuel light came on before I was 10 miles from the dealership! I live out of state, and I asked them to send me the paperwork for the title, tag, and paying taxes to me where I was temporarily living nearby--gave them name, address, and two phone numbers. Instead, they sent the papers 800 miles away to my permanent residence where it stayed in my front door for almost three weeks. I had to send my daughter to recover them after tracking them down through Estabrook, then remail them back to my home. THEN, I had to send the paperwork to our DMV where it was also delayed. Bottom line, I was four days short of THREE MONTHS getting the paperwork done and without a title! I also had to make four phone calls and two trips to our DMV to get it done. I paid Estabrook $399 to do the proper paperwork, and they did diddly-squat except scamming me out of the "dealer prep. feel" THEN,I tried to register online for the Toyota owners to track service, and the link had EXPIRED! I WILL NOT BUY THERE AGAIN, AND I CAUTION ANYONE ELSE ABOUT DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE! read more
