The environment suggested that diversity, equity, and inclusion are not valued here. The staff was entirely white and seemed to lack both customer service skills and basic automotive knowledge. Two days ago, I had a tire blowout on the highway and urgently needed a replacement. I would have been fine waiting if a tire had to be ordered, but instead, the staff lied to me. The only helpful person I encountered was the receptionist at the front desk. She kindly explained where to go and how to pull up so my vehicle could be let into the service bay. I followed her directions, but when I arrived, the bay doors did not open and no one acknowledged me. I ended up walking into the bay, unsure if I was even allowed in there. There was a customer speaking with three or four employees, but they were not working on anything. They were just standing around chatting. Once the customer left, the employees scattered in different directions without saying a word to me. I remained there, clearly visible, but continued to be ignored. I tried to get one man's attention, and he deliberately walked away from me without responding. Eventually, I walked deeper into the building and found a glass-walled room with several employees inside. I told them I had been waiting in my car and then inside the bay without anyone acknowledging me. One of the women in the room acted as if I was the problem for bringing it up. I explained what tire trim I needed, but they focused on the brand instead. They did not have that brand in stock, and I was told it could be ordered. I was led to believe that the exact brand was required, but I later learned from a trusted source that only the trim matters. They then sent me to the parts department to "see what could be done," but it was just a waste of time. I was told to try a Discount Tire on Pass Road. That location does not exist. I only knew what Discount Tire was because of its popularity in California, so I immediately realized the recommendation was false. It felt deliberately misleading and unprofessional. Throughout the visit, the staff made repeated assumptions that I did not own my vehicle or that it was used. I drive a 2024 VW Atlas. Their assumptions were completely baseless and offensive. This entire experience was disgraceful. If you expect to be treated with basic respect and honesty, avoid this dealership.

When we arrived there, the man in the first front desk, he asked what was I getting done today and I told him I was scheduled with Jason to get an oil change and I know Jason heard me because his desk is the one next to the man. Jason was busy with two other people and he was not following Covid regulations. He didn't wear a mask talking to the people before me and didn't practice social distancing either but then he saw me wearing a mask and then wore a mask when he was around me. I waited for a good 20 minutes until Luke came by and helped me. He was very sweet and extremely helpful. Luke just got finished helping a customer and approached us quickly so we didn't have to stand around for too long. We saw Jason just roaming around and not doing anything and Luke said he will help us instead with the oil change. We were so glad that Luke has so much great customer service and Jason wasn't the ideal the person to be speaking with next time we're in to service our car. Great job Luke! Had to edit my review. I just looked at my app and it says I have 9% oil life left and it was updated 17 Hours ago. Ford Estabrook didn't even change the oil out my car and I have to waste more gas to go back there to get it done right. I paid $54 for a oil change here& they didn't do squat to my car. WTF.
