Deal Time Cars & Credit…read more This company has no care about their customers! I am not a customer and never will be! But I have a friend that is. She bought a Nissan Armada from them in October. Since then, she has had that vehicle for approximately two and a half weeks. They seem to have issues with getting parts to fix things that are under warranty and calling it a "favor". In the meantime, I have been driving her to work every day. That makes my drive to work twice as long. That's twice as much gas. Twice as many oil changes. Twice as much wear and tear on my car. My friend has a family to take care of. She can't lose her job. Though she is in possible danger of losing her second job. She's making payments on a vehicle she doesn't even have in her possession! I'm not complaining about helping her. She would do the same for me if needed. I'm complaining because I have to help her because the company and corporate won't help at all! They won't provide her a loaner. They won't do anything except ask for patience. She's been patient. I have been patient. Oh, they did defer a payment. So as a reward, she gets to pay extra interest. Yay. If you are a local and need a vehicle, steer clear of Deal Time Cars and Credit. They will rip you off time and again.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Doreet Williams at FCU!…read more Doreet went above and beyond to help me get back on track financially. From the very beginning, she was patient, understanding, and never made me feel judged about my situation. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, answer all of my questions, and genuinely work with me to find a way forward. What stood out to me the most was that Doreet never made me feel like just another customer. She truly cared about helping me get back on my feet financially and went the extra mile to make sure I understood my options and felt comfortable moving forward. Because of her help, guidance, and willingness to go above and beyond, I feel like I have a fresh start and a better path toward getting my finances back on track. That means more to me than I can put into words. Doreet, thank you for your patience, kindness, professionalism, and most importantly, for genuinely caring. You made a difficult situation feel manageable, and I am truly grateful to have had someone like you in my corner. FCU is truly blessed to have you! If you're looking for someone who will listen, help, and genuinely go the extra mile, I highly recommend Doreet Williams! Thanks truly, T.C.

I applied for a mortgage refinance with Florida Credit Union and worked with loan officer Patricia…read moreNartuzzi. During the process, I was asked to provide multiple documents, including my homeowners insurance declaration, pay stubs, and other items. I was also required to find a title company and to pay for an appraisal, a survey, and flood insurance. I provided every item requested. Ms. Nartuzzi informed me that my homeowners insurance policy (H08) might not be accepted and stated she would check with her supervisor and get back to me. Despite this uncertainty, we continued with the refinance process. At no point did Ms. Nartuzzi tell me that the H08 policy was not acceptable. I later learned from her supervisor, Marcy Kautz, that I needed an H03 policy, not from Ms. Nartuzzi. Throughout the process, Ms. Nartuzzi acted without my knowledge or consent. She contacted my insurance company and the land surveyor directly and was rude and unprofessional when speaking with the insurance company. She instructed them on what they needed to do without informing me. She also contacted the surveyor and changed the type of survey I had originally requested, which increased the cost. She did not notify me of this change, and I am the person responsible for paying all of these expenses. After all of this, Ms. Nartuzzi told me I needed a roof estimate, which made me question the entire process. Then she stated that I needed a 4 point inspection, which would cost even more money with no guarantee of approval. She also stated that I would need to replace the roof, water heater, and HVAC unit, which would increase the loan amount. This was unacceptable to me, as my intention was to consolidate debt--not take on more debt. I expressed from the beginning that I did not have a lot of money to spend and needed to know whether the refinance could move forward before incurring all of these costs. That concern did not seem to matter to Ms. Nartuzzi. My experience with this loan officer was extremely disappointing. I have been a member of Florida Credit Union for nearly 30 years and have never received service like this. I am filing this complaint because I believe the communication, professionalism, and handling of my refinance process were unacceptable, costly, and not reflective of the standards I expected from the credit union.

UPDATE: 9/23 - No card, no tracking, no idea where the card is. Was it ever printed? Was it ever…read moresent? Guess we'll never know. Went into the branch a few days ago and asked for the manager -- 2 hour wait. I was waiting for the joke, but guess what...it's me, for trusting that a reputable establishment would resolve an issue regarding my money, idk. Definitely should've checked the reviews before driving 40 minutes to this branch with the expectation that I'd get my issue resolved in real time. I'd like to start by saying a 1 star is generous. I went to get a replacement debit card on Friday, 9/6, because my chip malfunctioned. Before verifying that a card could be printed, Dillon both deactivated and destroyed the card that I had. So, printer is broken, I either have to wait indefinitely, or he can "do me a favor" and overnight it, I'll receive it on Monday, 9/9. Today is Wednesday, 9/11. No card. No tracking number. No record of it being sent to me. And, to add insult to injury, he didn't even properly reset my pin, so I'm walking around with a digital card that's getting declined because Dillon failed to do his job. Imagine having to go through all of the accounts your card is attached to, change the number, then find out the physical card doesn't exist, so the customer service line offers to "waive the fee" to send you a new card, thennnnnn, you have to do it all over again. I trust Navy Federal solely based on affiliation, which I now know makes me an idiot. Update from NFCU: Card wasn't even PRINTED until Monday 9/9, by someone with whom I didn't even interact when I went into the branch. Who is Diamond? Certainly not the white boy I dealt with...Not only was it not printed until Monday, they didn't even have the decency to expedite it, so now USPS has it and it will possibly be delivered by SEPTEMBER 19th. Approximately 9 business days after I was assured it would be overnighted. Imagine how pleased I am. I'd highly recommend NOT going to this branch, and based on the reviews, it ain't just me.
