I HIGHLY recommend tanning at Sunchain. I used to say I would never go tanning, if I wanted to look tan, all I had to do was hang outside for a few hours. No biggie. Then I decided to get married and buy a fancy ivory dress and hire an awesome photographer...and as the big day draws ever closer, I'm realizing that my skin is only half a shade darker than my dress and, well, that won't look so great in pictures With my hectic life, I have NO time to lounge around outside slowly getting tan. And I don't want tan lines. And I hate the smell of those messy tanning lotions that leave brown streaks all over me. From the first time I started going there the staff was always so helpful and pleaseant, they know a lot about how to get you the Tanning results you are looking for. I had my first experience tanning with Sun Chain -- and it was amazing!! The price and proximity to my location initially attracted me (seriously, who can beat $10 for 10 days for first time clients?!), but the customer service is what will keep me coming back. Beth was knowledgeable and funny -- she made me feel informed about tanning and what precautions to take so my fair skin wouldn't burn. The store itself is very clean and well-kept, and the fact that the individual rooms had locks on them made me feel even more comfortable. My bed was completely sanitized to hospital standards, and I found the complimentary cool towel to be really nice once I was under for a few minutes! Very disappointed. I ended up getting burned right before my vacation and now the trip is ruined since I have a sunburn to deal with. The first time i went was okay. The second time...this woman gave the WORST customer service I've ever received. I asked for a certain amount of time, and she said "oh that wont do anything" and i said "but the first time i came, they told me to add 30 seconds at a time" and this woman puts me in for almost 4 whole minutes extra and was super pushy about it. She also tried overcharging me once i was there and i had to argue with her just to get the price that i was originally quoted. me and my 2 friends will be going elsewhere for our tanning needs. I absolutely love Sun Chain!! The customer service is amazing and all of the ladies that work at this salon are very friendly. The prices are affordable and there is never a wait. Each tanning bed has speakers so you get to listen to the radio while tanning, you have the option of getting an ice cold towel to keep cool while tanning, and you also get a refresher basket full of goodies to help you freshen up after you finish tanning. It is such a relaxing and enjoyable experience every time I go in. I have nothing but great things to say about this place and I would recommend it to anyone! read more

This place is amazing. Everything is super sanitary and cleaned properly. The prices are very reasonable. However the best thing about this salon is their people. The ladies that work there are the nicest and most helpful. They treat everyone so kind and take the time to explain everything. I never feel like I'm interrupting them or being an inconvenience. I found this place through a good old Google search because we all know you are looking for some where close and convenient. So that right off the bat was great. I really love this place! I am experienced in tanning, and if done correctly, you can get perfect color without looking like an discarded orange peel. Sun chain at Tatum and Thunderbird has great staff, lots of beds, and it is immaculate. They clean the bed before YOU go in, that way you are always sure it is done. They have a refresher basket in each room and clean eye goggles you DON'T have to purchase. It is located right near where I live, too. I no longer look like fragile pasty white old lady. Not sure but I have an idea the reviews on this page are written by Sunchain employees, because My experience at this place was the polar opposite. Lady treated me like I had no clue about how my skin tans and basically said if I didn't buy their lotion I couldn't take mine in with me. The beds are basic and nothing by way of some of the opther beds I've tanned in in the past. I don't ususally bother writing poor comments I just don't go back. But this time I just can't shke the way I was belitted. read more

Love this place! I haven't been tanning in many years and chose this location for its convenient location. The staff here is friendly, knowledgable and helpful. The facility is clean, the rooms have little baskets with everything you might need prior to or after your tan (towelettes, deodorant, hairspray and more). I love Sunchain! I've been tanning at their PV location for over 8 years and have had a great experience. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. I always tell myself that it's a good day of tanning when I like the radio station that's on and I have a watermelon jolly rancher (always on each bed with your towel and goggles!) This is my first visit to this Tanning site, and they are amazing! First of all, all the girls who work there are so sweet and helpful to get your appointment and the best bed for your needs. The facility is clean, and the beds are great. I am tanning for an upcoming trip to the Islands, and they have been great, best tanning place I have been to. After not having used a tanning salon in many years, I really appreciated the effort that the staff made to ensure I was well informed and felt comfortable. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 18 years ago and am always looking for a little extra vitamin D. I was pleasantly surprised to learn, from the staff, that I could get my daily intake of vitamin D from the tanning bed. I'm considering making this a regular part of my routine. One of the best tanning salons I've been to. Staff is super friendly and they get to know you on a personal level. I really am a fan of the care basket they have in every room, which contains baby wipes, spray deodorant, perfume, hair spray etc.. Sunchain Tanning isn't as "high-tech" as some of the other tanning salons I've been to, but that's fine! It's definitely cheaper and if you follow them on instagram you can always find cheap specials. read more

I have been going to this location for a couple of years now and I am always greeted by a helpful, friendly staff who will happily answer any questions or offer suggestions on how to get the best tan, whether it be the bed, the lotion, or frequency of visits. Sunchain tanning cares more about the customers needs/wants then money. They always make sure every customer leaves happy and is satisfied with there results. They have amazing prices and i love that there is no time limit to use all the sessions that they buy because the customer should be able to tan whenever they'd like and should not have a time frame in which they can use all their tans. I recently spray tanned for the first time in many years. I was so impressed with the results because of the "state -of-the-art" spray tanning booth. The staff was so friendly and patient on the first call when I inquired about their salon and when I showed up for my first spray tan. Every time I go in there the girls are always so sweet! They let me know about the specials and what is going on for that month. They take into account that I am a college student and always let me know what the best deal will be! They always TRIPLE check on how long I want to be in there (so that I don't burn) its really helpful to know what is going be the best for me! I've been going to Sunchain for a little over a month now and I love it. Hannah was very informative and helpful when I signed up for my first month. She's the best! The rest of the staff is super sweet aswell. The beds completely shut off at 9 pm so try to come in before then! The beds are very clean. You have the option of using a cold towel that has been soaked in eucalyptus. They play the radio 24/7. Happy with my experience:) read more

I love this place! I came in about a month ago to start tanning for the summer/ special occasion coming up. I still had 5 tan credits from 2013! So that's awesome that they never expired! After I used those Sara helped me get the best membership for what I was looking for! Everyone is so friendly and there is always a bed open. If not you have to wait maybe 5 min max!
