Wonderful tanning salon! Owners (Gail and Larry) and lovely employee ( Carla) make you feel like a valued customer! I tried the Red Light Therapy and right away noticed 2 things. First my back pain and leg cramps subsided ( really!) I was so surprised! I signed up and no one ever told me that I had to do more then 1 month of tanning. I went in wanting to just tan for a month and I was told after I signed I had to wait for the next billing cycle and I waited until the next bill came out and I just went in to cancel and they told me I have one more billing cycle then it will be cancelled. They told me last time they said said yes just pay for one full Month and then you can tan until may 25th nope. Just went in to cancel and they told me I had to pay for another month before I could cancel. That is ridiculous I will never be tanning there again after these 2 month are done. Went in to pay for 1 and ended up having to pay for 3. I have been to a lot of tanning places in my day and this is the only place that pretty much makes you pay for like 3 months before you can cancel. Insane never again read more

I received a spray tan from Gail and it came out fabulous! Immediately it was beautiful but it was even better the next day after a shower! I actually really love this place! I'm not big fan of tanning into tanning or sun exposure as I work in the anti-aging business. However sometimes a girl just needs to feel healthy and glowing! So I go into this place and I have been educated by not only the owners but the rest of the staff which are so delightful. I got all the real facts about tanning beds and how long you should be in there and what you should use on your skin. I feel very safe and confident that this is a better way to go then the Arizona 115° sun. I now have a lovely glow to my skin and I look healthy and vibrant. I highly recommend this place! I only have good things to say about Image Sun Tanning. It is a family owned business. They are a lovely family,all of them. They are courteous and kind every time I go.The salon is extremely clean and well maintained. They treat their customers with a nice greeting every time. I got there a minute before closing and they were very nice. They owner (wife) said "as long as you're here before we close you are fine. That's rare that I wasn't treated to feel bad for keeping someone late on a weekend evening. They don't push you to purchase more expensive packages. I had forgotten lotion and goggles there and several months later they helped me find them in the cabinet that customers keep their things in. Their bulbs are well maintained. I went to Image Sun for one month prior to going on a cruise. I have tanned before at a couple other salons in town and I really liked this place. The beds were clean and comfortable and easy to use without my glasses on. The staff was super friendly and very helpful when I was discussing what I needed. The parking was good. When I got back from my cruise, I was going to get a regular membership but covid happened so I haven't done it yet. Cliff Notes: Scummy sales tactics and they don't supply eye protection. Facility and beds are nice Went here to sign up for a monthly membership. Was given a quick tour of the beds and the different packages/pricing. Fill out paperwork for the membership. Go to pay and notice that I'm being charged a lot more than the prorated amount for the month. It wasn't until I asked that I was told about some $20 fee to sign up. It was never mentioned when I was asking about the pricing. This is a scumbag sales practice. They also don't supply eye protection, which I've never heard of any other place doing. At first I thought this place would be wonderful- family owned business , nice girls - however when it comes time to try and leave ... these people are Dishonest, desperate , and extremely UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional - these people stole from me! I was charged 32 days after canceling my membership- they require a 31 day notice which is already ridiculous but I met it - when confronted they spent hours arguing with me as their customer after I provided valid proof and documentation- they proceeded to charge me ANOTHER unauthorized full fee the next day out of retaliation when I informed them I would have to dispute the unauthorized transaction if they refused to resolve their hideous wrongdoing - read more
