I have to say that I've been very pleased with this place. They are located in a convenient strip mall, on Tatum and thunderbird. Large parking to accommodate a busy area. The attendants have always been very informative, kind and seem to know the ins and outs of their job. They have given helpful tips for lotions and what type of bed or tanning routine would beat fit your lifestyle/ budget. They have many different bed options at all different price points. Many times there are promos and discounts- so watch for those! Inside has always been clean, they provide a variety of products in each individual room, deodorants, powders, mists, tissues, wipes, goggles, towels. If you ask you can even get a cold rolled towel! I would recommend this place to anyone who is thinking about getting their tan on! read more

I love you guys! I just moved from your old town location to your Tatum location. Your all so sweet when I come in, you know my name! N almost three years later you haven't changed that one bit! Love Great customer service! read more

So I have a trip coming up and I thought I should even out my tan lines. I ran into SunChain. I used to go all the time, but I just got lazy. Their staff are super friendly and she looked me up quickly. I still had a prepaid tan (buy them and save money and they don't expire yippee) She even found my tanning lotion from a year ago!! She was so nice and knowledgeable. She doublechecked to make sure my tanning lotion had not expired. I didn't even know tanning lotion could expire. All in all I was in and out very quickly. It's a great tan for a great price, excellent staff, and super clean. read more

Great place to Tan! Before vacation I decided to try it out to get a base & only went a couple times and WOW! I was vacation ready for sure!! Very nice staff & soooo clean. Love it. Thumbs up! read more

I was looking for a spray tan near me and I came across Sunchain tanning. I had a mystic spray tan and it was amazing!! The staff was very sweet, great at explaining the steps, and I felt comfortable!! I wasn't sure at first- the spray doesn't show up for about 3 hours then it definitely shows color and the right amount of color!!! Other machines that I have been used to, immediately after I had a dark (orange) unnatural color on for hours but this machine is the opposite!!! It's awesome! I could go about my day like normal instead of looking ridiculously orange and unnatural. I would highly recommend!! read more

Sunchain tanning is a great place to tan! They always get you right in, and offer you a cold towel if you need one. They also provide different products that you can use such as deodorant and spray. The tanning beds are also highly effected as I've noticed from tanning there. The prices are very affordable too! read more

Awesome spot to go tanning and even worth a little drive! The customer service is amazing (especially Sarah), beds are always clean, love the cold towel and jolly rancher treats, and of course, you get nice and dark from the beds. Look no further! read more

Great tanning place Fair pricing and excellent service ! I will continue to come here on a regular basis - you should check it out especially if you live in the Kierland area - that is the closest and best tanning salon by far read more

Absolute best place to tan!! The spray tan booth is absolutely incredible! Perfect, custom like tan in 5 min that lasts for a week!! The absolute best, knowledgeable staff!!! Only place I will go! read more

There staff is so helpful and amazing. It was one of my first times tanning and they made it comfortable for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their tan. I live closer to other tanning salons but I prefer to go the extra distance for a better over all experience. Thank you Sunchain Tanning!! read more

Been there twice always great experience, tanning doesn't smell bad, nice result and friendly staff definitely will be back.

I needed a short term tanning as I was going on vacation. The staff was amazing and gave me the best tanning bed to help me achieve my dream They are amazing. Love this place! Staff is very friendly, especially Sara who I see the most! Welcoming, clean, providing basic amenities for tanners, including cold towels, bulbs are always strong and routinely changed. Cannot beat the prices either - I just love $24/mo unlimited! read more

Great clean place. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. And they're all cute and always have a friendly smile

I used to go to sunchain when I was getting ready for my senior year prom. Now I know tanning is bad for you, but sunchain offers both spray tan and beds. There is nothing knock out about the salon, but they have good deals and really nice people working there. They did a nice job redoing the building when they moved in, and as far as I know there aren't a lot of tanning salons in the area. Sun is free, but if you want a glow fast sunchain is fast, effective, and reasonable. read more

Sunchain is amazing. I went in for the first time tonight (without any prior knowledge of tanning) and the girl was so sweet and helpful! My tan looks great and I feel wonderful. I won't go anywhere else. Their prices are fantastic and they are super clean. Love love love. read more

Great salon! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable. They have mystic spray tan which I think is a plus because not all salons in the area have it. I would recommend Sunchain to anyone in the area. read more

I even use other locations from time to time which is convenient!! and they have early and late openings!!! read more

I like the fact that the prices are some of the best in the valley, I don't know about you but $24 a month for unlimited tanning at ALL 9 locations is pretty fantastic. They have cold towels and refresh baskets, since this is PHX and its currently May and over 100 degrees, this makes it possible to pop in, get your dose of Vitamin D and get back to your life. The staff is friendly without being pushy on sales, I know they don't make commission, so that makes me feel better when they make suggestions on lotions and upgraded beds. They educate you about how your skin tans, big step up from the lazy teenagers behind the counters at most salons... This place is always clean!! I am never concerned about tanning in a dirty bed or using the restroom. They have Jolly Ranchers on all your towels in the rooms and you can always ask for a different flavor if you don't particularly enjoy the one you were randomly given. While some of the staff is chattier than others I have never felt uncomfortable and always felt welcomed by a smile, a nod, or a greeting by my first name, depending on who is on shift. I will be tanning here for sure while I live in AZ!! read more

I've had a good experience in the past at the Tempe location with the tanning beds, but had a horrible experience here with the mystic spray tan. My boyfriend and I went and we used the buy one get one coupon. We were both completely spotted and striped all over. The machine fogged up the entire room so bad you couldn't breath without a mouth full of spray tan fumes. This was not something I've ever seen before in other spray tan booths. The photos of us were taken the next day. We followed all of the instructions before and after. I would not recommend doing spray tans here to anyone. read more

By far the best customer service. Beds are good, no wait times and great prices!

I used to be a member at pro-tan USA, however, they decided to sell out to Palm Beach tan and that is too far from where I live. I tried Sun Chain out because of it's location and am impressed with the prices and level of service. I don't feel like they are always trying to upsell me which is nice since I already know what I want to do when I visit. Comfortable and clean place that I recommend! read more

I have been tanning nearly 10 years and always went to a family spot in flagstaff... moving down to the valley i was looking for a close and convenient spot to keep up my killer tan. I love the the selection of tanning beds so you can be in and out in no time with a rocking bronze tan. The girls are very nice and the tanning beds are kept very clean. Also love the candies they leave on the pillows, jolly ranchers are my fav! Needless to say i have found my new tanning spot in Phx .. read more

Great place! Love the staff and the beds. Only wish this location had a level 5 bed and you could use your upgrades at all locations. Other than that I think it's the best tanning place in the valley. Make sure to stock up on client appreciation day...Great deals! read more

Recently started to tan here and have been extremely happy! Beds and salon are very well maintained and everything is always clean! I have tanned a lot in the past, but have never seen quicker results! Would highly recommend! read more

Love this place! Everything is clean and the staff is friendly. Also- I've never been to a tanning place that had such great prices. Most places are really pushy with memberships, and I've never once got that impression about them. You can do monthly or buy in sessions (which is what I do) I really enjoy coming here to build my tan and relax for a few minutes! read more

This place is awesome! The staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable. The prices and packages are great for every budget. The facility is always immaculate :) I definitely recommend SunChain to all of my friends. I love my tan... I'm a total fan!!! read more

I went yesterday for the very first time. I got a mystic tan, which I have been getting for years. The gal at the front desk still took the time to walk me through all the steps. She was so friendly and knowledgeable that I will definitely be going back there. Great customer service, she knew everyone by name!! read more

I have been a Sunchain member for about 4 years and the staff has always been great. The girls do a great job educating me about my tanning habits rather than just throwing me in a bed for the maximum time. They taught me ways to protect my skin and still enjoy the many benefits of tanning. The prices are reasonable and the salons are always spotless. read more

Awesome tanning salon convenient to my house with a knowledgeable and friendly staff, great selection of beds and lotions! I get such great color only having to go a few times so the bulbs must get replaced often! Thank you for the outstanding customer service guys! read more

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the bed's they offer. I also like that they are not overly aggressive with selling you something that may be out of your budget. The beds and rooms are always very clean. All rooms have a basket of items you might need for sprucing up after tanning and a cold rolled towel if you request it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about starting their tan early for summer! read more

I'm a tanning novice, a first timer, looking to get a little bronzed before my wedding in four weeks. The staff were amazing! Super welcoming, very knowledgeable, I even got a handwritten thank you card mailed to my house. I have nothing to compare it to, but the facilities (beds, towels, lounge area, etc.) all appear to be very organized, clean, and sterile. I've only been twice, but so far I'm loving it! Great value for the money. Highly recommended! read more
