Unless you ask them the cost of everything they dont tell you. Appears the free exam and two glasses special is a bait and switch. The eye exam was free and with a free exam, the time in the exam room was quick and out the door . That, ladies and gents, should have been a red flag. Not only did I inform the "doctor" that I didn't need reading glasses and no bifocals, I informed him that I needed them for driving, period. I told this quack at least three times and the woman who ordered my glasses that I needed glasses to drive. Two weeks later, they are ready and the glasses were for reading and made my sight blurry so they had to send them away to correct. The ladies in this office need a motivation class because every one of them acts like they don't want to be there. I suggest you go to a real vision doctor, have a real exam done and order some glasses in which you know the real cost. Never going back as my vision is too important to let these clowns handle it.

They also signed me up a membership for 10 extra dollars thinking I wouldn't notice. I'm not sure how this place is still in business but compared to Cheyne, Dr. Watts, and everywhere else in Granbury this place is a joke. You get what you pay for!

I've been wearing contacts for over 35 years so I'm very familiar with the process. As a result of the unthorough exam, the prescription given was incorrect. Since I had plenty of contacts remaining from my previous prescription, I didnt start wearing the new ones until late May. I called the office to let them know and request to exchange the unopened box for my correct prescription but was told they wouldn't and only offered to come in and pay for another exam and also pay for more contacts. Why would I do that if they couldn't get it right the first time? So onto finding a new dr in the area.
