Unless you ask them the cost of everything they dont tell you. Appears the free exam and two glasses special is a bait and switch. The eye exam was free and with a free exam, the time in the exam room was quick and out the door . That, ladies and gents, should have been a red flag. Not only did I inform the "doctor" that I didn't need reading glasses and no bifocals, I informed him that I needed them for driving, period. I told this quack at least three times and the woman who ordered my glasses that I needed glasses to drive. Two weeks later, they are ready and the glasses were for reading and made my sight blurry so they had to send them away to correct. The ladies in this office need a motivation class because every one of them acts like they don't want to be there. I suggest you go to a real vision doctor, have a real exam done and order some glasses in which you know the real cost. Never going back as my vision is too important to let these clowns handle it.

Doctor argued with me and told me because I have astigmatism I'm better off just wearing glasses. never been told that before but fair enough. He prescribes a weaker version of what I already had, and didn't realize this until 3 weeks later (because that's how long it takes them to arrive and they don't release prescription until then). They also signed me up a membership for 10 extra dollars thinking I wouldn't notice. I'm not sure how this place is still in business but compared to Cheyne, Dr. Watts, and everywhere else in Granbury this place is a joke. You get what you pay for!

I went because I thought I needed a little bit more on up Close and Distance. She said I needed to try them for a Week or so. Went back in they said I need to have my eyes rechecked . I go in , I'm at the Counter. She walks out and says, let's put 25% back ( of the 50 she took off, when I could read when I first went in ) . I get home and fuming, Why wouldn't see put back what I had and maybe more if she would have checked my eyes when I went in ?????? I WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE MY EYES CHECKED WHEN I WENT IN . NOT A CONSULTATION AT THE FRICKING FRONT COUNTER !!!!! I guess she is covering her A by saying let's try 25 percent. So I called the Manager Austin ( of course he couldn't give a Crap, never called me back) So I called a few days later, he said come back and get your eyes checked again. I told him just put my +50 back and give me back my $750.00 Glasses , and I'll find another Dr. and get my glasses cheaper. Oh yes, they gave me a Discount, they were over a $1,000 no line Progressive tint Learned a very good Lesson

Went to TSO Granbury back in Dec for a contact lens eye exam. The staff was friendly but the low…read morescore is for how rushed and inaccurate the actual exam was. I've been wearing contacts for over 35 years so I'm very familiar with the process. As a result of the unthorough exam, the prescription given was incorrect. Since I had plenty of contacts remaining from my previous prescription, I didnt start wearing the new ones until late May. I called the office to let them know and request to exchange the unopened box for my correct prescription but was told they wouldn't and only offered to come in and pay for another exam and also pay for more contacts. Why would I do that if they couldn't get it right the first time? So onto finding a new dr in the area.

The Office staff is professional and courteous the CPO was also amazing and Dr. Stout was professional, personable and kind. I can't say enough kind things she was awesome.. The entire building is spotlessly clean well laid out and very comfortable. There's a huge selection of glasses and it looks to me like they make them on site . what I really love is this is a family run business and NOT a huge corporate conglomerate who could care less about you as a patient or customer but just in your pocketbook. My Service here was really epic and i will be a lifetime customer.
