    This is by far the worst Home Depot I have shopped at. Very unorganized and help is hard to find…read more Unlike other hardware stores and Home Depots, none of the employees speak or ask you if you need help. The selection of items that I was looking for is much better than Lowe's across the street, so that is the only reason why I patronized this location. It was a Saturday afternoon, and I saw a light fixture I wanted, but an entire forklift was sitting right in front of the one I wanted, so i had to be creative and move all the items beside it off the shelf to get the one I wanted, no workers were in sight btw. Then, the specific bathroom faucet that I wanted was on display, but I did not see the actual box on the shelf. I went online to see what stores had the faucet in stock, and it said the Warner Robbins store that I was currently at had 13. It showed aisle 9 and bin E2, so I proceeded to aisle 9 and could not find the item. Then I flagged down a young man who worked there and asked him where to find the item even showed him the web page, and he said E2 was the end cap and moved on. I searched for about 30 minutes, and even random men who didn't work there who were shopping offered to help me, yet I could not get any help from the actual workers. I had things to do, so I checked out the items in my cart and ordered the faucet for pickup since it was obvious that they would have to look for them. Instead of the 2 hours, pickups tend to take they emailed me 3 hours later saying my faucet was ready to be picked up. I went straight to the online pickup section, and the rude guy behind the counter was like, "You need something." Well, the sign did say online pick up, and I was standing there, so I thought it was obvious, but I told him anyway that I was picking up an online order. He asked me for an order #, when the website only says to show up with ID. He finally entered my name. Amazingly, my order popped up, and then he asked for ID. Once he noticed me taking pictures gearing up for this review, he was more polite. Thankfully, I ended up getting everything I needed that day due to the awesome selection, but the customer service is horrible. Unless you know exactly what you want and where to find it, this location is not worth your time and frustration.

I want to get noted that today SUNDSY,APRIL,26, 2025…read morearound 11:00 am my husband and I went to get some lumber since we have people working in our house and nobody helped us getting 14 of the 2X8 X16 wood, I had to help my husband to load the cart and load them in our truck, while there was 4 young and pretty healthy looking male employees just standing right at the loading zone on their PHONES. I am a 55 years old woman that's only 5' tall and 120 lbs and had to help my husband doing the job their getting paid for. Totally unnaceptable!!!!! Think twice if you thinking about purchasing lumber or any kind of heavy item because you'll be doing it all by yourself, as for me I rather drive a little further and get help in a different hardware store , what a shame I've been a customer of Home Depot for so many years but not anymore

    I purchased a washer and dryer set on 11/24. Delivery scheduled on 11/26 between 2-6 pm. I received…read morea call from delivery team at 5:45 "truck broke down, but we will arrive in 1.5 hours". I asked them to be sure that they would arrive at this time because we had waited 5 hours and needed to get on the road ASAP. I contacted my store at 8pm. The assistant manager, "D", contacted the delivery team and was told that they were leaving my subdivision because they could not find our house (impossible). Their dispatcher asked them to turn around, they said no. Rescheduled for 12/1. I took off again and they did not show! I went to the and asked to speak directly with the manager, "D", who rescheduled. I'm not sure why, but customer service called a different manager over. He contacted the delivery company and I was rescheduled for 12/5. I asked why, he rudely replied "Listen, I need to tell these people something, you will get it on 12/5 so take it or leave it". I attempted to explain that I was asking why because I would have to stay off another 4 hours and this would be the 3rd day I would be taking off, not to mention that we missed our Thanksgiving trip because the delivery drivers lied and stated that they were on their way to our home on 11/26. The assistant manager became more agitated therefore I asked that he cancel the entire order. He then told me to "cancel my own order in the app". I explained that this order does not show up in my app. He still REFUSED to cancel it. I asked for "D" the manager that assisted me by phone once again. His reply, "He's out to lunch and may or may not return within an hour". I asked him to provide the number to his corporate Customer Relations because his attitude and aggression was unwarranted. I spoke with CR about the my order delays, the assistant manager's rudeness and aggression towards customers as well as his refusal to cancel my order in store. They suggested that I return to speak with the store manager. As I walked in, I asked to speak with "D" who was standing there, BUT the customer service rep walked away summoned the "rude" manager over again to "come see the lady who was just here asking to see "D", she came back again". I asked the assistant manager why the rep summoned him again when "D" was standing there. He replied "I'll get him up to speed about what's going on". He asked for my information again and began to relay the wrong information to "D" as I was standing in front of both of them. I asked that he not pass along incorrect information. He got agitated again. I asked that he allow me to speak with "D" only because he seemed to be agitated again. Then a male customer beside me stepped over in front of me and told the assistant manager to "Have some sympathy for us as customers and stop being so rude. You are treating your customers as if this issue Lowe's is having with items not being delivered as promised is ours. Lowe's customers are losing money staying off from work on top of not being able to work and make money without our deliveries". The assistant manager "D" asked me to step away with him to defuse the situation. As a customer who has spent nearly $10k on Lowe's within the past year, I think customers should be treated with a little more respect and dignity. No manager should ever yell at a customer ESPECIALLY when we are calm and not at fault and need to have our issues with Lowe's resolved without being belittled at the customer service desk. Maybe Lowe's should reevaluate their third party contractors to prevent this from happening in the future.

Austin In the appliance center there was very helpful and we were able to get our microwave that day and our stove the next day so yay.
