9/5 I had the distinct pleasure of visiting Lowe's Home Improvement. The name does speak for itself, quite obvious right? I agree and the reason why I stated it like that is because I was so thrilled when I had to shop for a specific purpose home improvement project. I went to visit my daughter in Georgia, when I arrived, I noticed that the toilet paper holder was broken. I was feeling bad because she needed it fixed. I am not going to say that she doesn't know how to fix it, nor will I say that she could not fix it. I will say, maybe she did not have the time because she works a lot. So I could not wait to show off my skills for this small home improvement project, so I did it while she was at work. This project took every bit of 25 minutes because someone did a half @$$ job. The just inserted the screws in the wall without putting an anchor in the wall. Had an anchor been placed in the wall, the project would have taken much less time. I had to extract the old units from the wall because the new unit had components that were larger than the present components that used to hold the toilet paper brackets onto the wall. Placing the new bracket called for wall anchors to be placed in the wall first because the hole was not loose and the previous screws were much too long. It seems like someone improvised just for the sake of finishing the job, no matter who it was attached to the wall. I attached the anchors, replaced the components and inserted new smaller screws and replaced the brackets. See all pics for details. My daughter was very happy, now they can store the toilet paper in the proper place and not have to stick the toilet paper anywhere. Lowes customer service was exceptionally pleasant, every one of them. I don't have any use for Lowe's Home Improvement while living in New York but If I am in the south, this would be my go-to place for home improvement projects. Lowe's Home Improvement has grills & charcoal, washer & dryers, refrigerators, ceiling fans, plants, lawnmowers and so much more. Lowe's Home Improvement allowed me to do something for my daughter without her asking and it allows me to make her very happy, at an affordable price. The male manager that was during returns has a bad attitude towards customers.He talks down to you wanna give you a hard time about receipts and that's why I use both phone number and receipt.then he says flowers only have a 30 day return.No one told me this when I spent over a grand on plants and fertilizer.This manager at lowes on hwy 96 in kathleen ga. Seem to be very angry and lost all my respect.If I return anything and he's doing returns I'll leave and try another day when he's not doing returns..this guy is a complete JERK.Hes in the wrong customer friendly store I thought. read more

I purchased a washer and dryer set on 11/24. Delivery scheduled on 11/26 between 2-6 pm. I received a call from delivery team at 5:45 "truck broke down, but we will arrive in 1.5 hours". I asked them to be sure that they would arrive at this time because we had waited 5 hours and needed to get on the road ASAP. I contacted my store at 8pm. The assistant manager, "D", contacted the delivery team and was told that they were leaving my subdivision because they could not find our house (impossible). Their dispatcher asked them to turn around, they said no. Rescheduled for 12/1. I took off again and they did not show! I went to the and asked to speak directly with the manager, "D", who rescheduled. I'm not sure why, but customer service called a different manager over. He contacted the delivery company and I was rescheduled for 12/5. I asked why, he rudely replied "Listen, I need to tell these people something, you will get it on 12/5 so take it or leave it". I attempted to explain that I was asking why because I would have to stay off another 4 hours and this would be the 3rd day I would be taking off, not to mention that we missed our Thanksgiving trip because the delivery drivers lied and stated that they were on their way to our home on 11/26. The assistant manager became more agitated therefore I asked that he cancel the entire order. He then told me to "cancel my own order in the app". I explained that this order does not show up in my app. He still REFUSED to cancel it. I asked for "D" the manager that assisted me by phone once again. His reply, "He's out to lunch and may or may not return within an hour". I asked him to provide the number to his corporate Customer Relations because his attitude and aggression was unwarranted. I spoke with CR about the my order delays, the assistant manager's rudeness and aggression towards customers as well as his refusal to cancel my order in store. They suggested that I return to speak with the store manager. As I walked in, I asked to speak with "D" who was standing there, BUT the customer service rep walked away summoned the "rude" manager over again to "come see the lady who was just here asking to see "D", she came back again". I asked the assistant manager why the rep summoned him again when "D" was standing there. He replied "I'll get him up to speed about what's going on". He asked for my information again and began to relay the wrong information to "D" as I was standing in front of both of them. I asked that he not pass along incorrect information. He got agitated again. I asked that he allow me to speak with "D" only because he seemed to be agitated again. Then a male customer beside me stepped over in front of me and told the assistant manager to "Have some sympathy for us as customers and stop being so rude. You are treating your customers as if this issue Lowe's is having with items not being delivered as promised is ours. Lowe's customers are losing money staying off from work on top of not being able to work and make money without our deliveries". The assistant manager "D" asked me to step away with him to defuse the situation. As a customer who has spent nearly $10k on Lowe's within the past year, I think customers should be treated with a little more respect and dignity. No manager should ever yell at a customer ESPECIALLY when we are calm and not at fault and need to have our issues with Lowe's resolved without being belittled at the customer service desk. Maybe Lowe's should reevaluate their third party contractors to prevent this from happening in the future. read more

Just to start with, there is no help in the store. We couldn't get help for anything. The wood that we needed was blocked by pallets of sheet rock. No one to use the fork lift to get some better wood down from the top. This is the second time it has happened. Very displeased.​ read more

We went to Lowes to look at new microwave and stove. We found a great set by Samsung which met all our needs. Austin In the appliance center there was very helpful and we were able to get our microwave that day and our stove the next day so yay. I ordered item via the app showing 17 in stock. Less than 5 minutes I get an email notification saying OUT OF STOCK. If it had said 5 in stock I could understand the out of stock notification but 17?!? Nope! Someone not doing their job! I will go to the other Lowe's store or better yet Amazon! I try not to use Amazon but if local store employees can't do their jobs, I can't keep you employed by shopping at your store. I ended up going to Home Depot they had the same inventory! Horrible. Will never shop at a Lowe's again. Ordered a refrigerator because I was told it would have next day delivery - mine had gone out. Found out two days later it wouldn't be delivered for TWO WEEKS. The day of the appointment arrives and the fridge shows up with major damages - it looked like someone took a hammer to it. Refused the fridge and they said they could get one out the next day. Four days later I see I have another delivery window by checking the website. I got no call from the delivery company. I get a call that afternoon saying the delivery is at the house. They were to have given me 30 minutes heads up but did not - I needed to get someone to meet them. I tell them I can have someone come over if they can wait and the dispatcher says OK. I have someone drive 20 minutes across town and they were gone. I just bought a fridge elsewhere and delivered it myself. Other than a very nice gentleman in the appliance department every single Lowe's employee who I spoke with about this was rude and unhelpful. I went in to cancel the order, was told I couldn't without a manager and they would call me. I never got a call. The next week I finally got a call to reschedule the delivery... What a joke. Best Buy delivers in-house and next day. I'll be shopping there going forward. read more

Lowe's Home Improvement in Warner Robins is the WORST. Bought a dishwasher Nov 27, scheduled installation Dec 2. Installers say Lowes doesn't have my dishwasher, so no installation. Lowe's says it was misplaced and they found it. Installers are now busy, schedule installation for Dec 19. Yes that's 17 days later. Well, Dec 19 installers confirm. They get to Lowe's at 4 pm and guess what? Lowes can't find my dishwasher. They think there's one coming in tomorrow night but it belongs to another customer. I checked and every other Lowe's in the area had at least one in stock, so why can't they give me one of those???? I will never shop at Lowe's in Warner Robins again! read more

Just got paint from this store and encountered an A-HOLE paint guy. I picked up my paint can from the aisle at the same time a good-looking female customer was picking hers. He stopped and asked if she needed help and starting chatting. I took my can to the counter to get it tinted. He and the female customer continue chatting for several minutes. I was okay with it because it looked like he was helping her. He took her paint cans to the counter and started tinting them. I said hello, but he did not acknowledge me. He wanted to help the good-looking female even though I was there first. I had to wait several more minutes while he finished her tinting. He nicely took her tinted cans and placed them in her cart. I slammed my paint can on the counter to get his attention. A-HOLE paint guy finally acknowledged me and got my paint tinted. He was so old and blind that he couldn't see the numbers on my old can. He had to ask another associate to help him. After the tinting was done, he just laid the paint cans on the counter and completely ignored me even though I was standing near the counter. I tripled checked to make sure the numbers on the new can were correct. I slammed both cans in the cart in retaliation and made sure he heard it. LOL! Great customer service, Lowes! This isn't the first time that I've been ignored and discriminated against at this store. As a minority, this is racially motivated. These RACIST associates need to be FIRED!!!!!!!!! read more

We ordered two projects through Lowe's to get our backsplash and blinds installed. Throughout our whole process with Lowe's it has been nothing but issues and inconveniences. First picking up the pieces to even begin the backsplash project was a hassle. They made me wait an hour and 15 minutes when I went to pick up the pieces to see if they had it ready in the back of the store. After finally locating the pieces an employee tells me they are missing some still and they will not be able to pick up any until the next day. So the next day I had to go back to the store and get the rest of the pieces for the installer and then had to return a second time to buy a schluter because the installer for Lowe's told me he was not provided one. The blinds are the real headache of the installation issues. Lowe's has sent an installer FOUR times to our home to install the blinds we purchased from their store and they are still not finished. The first time they came out they gave us the completely wrong dimensions and didn't cut the blinds, the second the same exact problem on top of forgetting some of the blinds from my order, the third time the same thing and finally the last time they are all fully installed but no surprise one of the blinds was incorrectly cut making it short. So now here we are almost 2 months after paying around 1800 dollars with continuous issues for the blinds. Now we need to wait another 3 weeks for someone to come and install the correct blind. It was been a headache working with Lowe's and we will never get any home projects done through them again, we will give our business to other stores that take their clientele more seriously. Fifth times a charm I guess huh.... I encourage anyone to go across the street to Home Depot or give your business to local vendors if you want to begin some home improvement projects. Their incompetency to follow through with basic orders is despicable. read more

I purchased a pet storm door in May 2024, after install I noticed the flap to the dog door wouldn't stay closed. I let the installer know. The installer for Lowe's came back to my house and checked the door and wrote down the model and serial number and he said he would contact Lowe's Home Improvement for a replacement and then he would return to reinstall the new door when it arrived. Lowe's doesn't keep the doors in stock so It takes 2 weeks approx.. to arrive at my local store. I waited and heard nothing. I called Lowe's Millwork and Doors several times and spoke to a different person each time and was told they would call me back, they never did! I went to the store and spoke to the manager "Chad" and was told I would be taken care of. The manager called the sales person from Millwork and Doors, and my door was reordered. I get notified July 27th to come pick up my door. I call Lowe's and say I am supposed to have it delivered and installed. The customer service person tells me when the salesperson reordered the door he didn't add reinstallation so I will have to repay to have it installed. It was $293 the first time for installation plus $433 for the door. So basically I received a defective door but they want me to repay for the install? I am an almost 67 year old woman in heart failure in Georgia with 90+ heat plus 90% humidity Lowe's wants me to pick up the door and install it myself? What kind of customer service is this? The door is defective why should I have to repay to have it reinstalled when Lowe's sold me a defective door? That is bad customer service. I will be shopping else where for the 2 other storm doors I need. Shame on Lowe's Home improvement. I live in Warner Robins Georgia and this is disgraceful. read more

RATS!! Rats were visible running around garden and building supplies department. Also, rat dropping everywhere. Don't touch anything unless you have on a hazmat suit. This is the closest lowes to my house so this revis specific to this lowes. I love the fact corporate does a 10 percent discount for military, this makes a big difference in price. DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES HERE!!! Purchased a dishwasher on the 11th was told it would be delivered on the 18th. Called on the 21st to see where it was, and was told it had not arrived at the store yet. Kept getting transferred around and hung up on/disconnected trying to reach someone who could give me a time frame. Drove up there and returned it. I'll take my $1000 elsewhere. read more

The staff at the Lowe's location on Watson Blvd are awesome! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews; a friend of mine were taking the other day and she has had nothing but great experiences there as well. The staff is very efficient, effective abs friendly. The location on 96 is where there are issues; I had an employee tell me he was not going to help me and when the manager came he assisted and was like so that all and he too had an attitude that was not so good and on top of that the district manger called me and did not apologize as well so not to 96 location but test to Watson location. Absolutely and totally unacceptable. Customer service is in the toilet. About a year ago we went to pick up an air conditioner we had ordered online. Took 10-15 minutes to find someone to help who told us they were "going to look in the back." about an hour later a manager asked us if she could help as we had been standing there by the registers. She went to go find our original friend who was "looking in the back". It turned out to be shift change and that person helping us just left. Walked out. Went home. Today we ordered and paid for a leaf blower and some oil for it. After about 30 minutes we receive an email saying they don't have the leaf blower they said they had that I had already paid for. But I could cancel it. Which I did. But the oil that goes in the leaf blower they did have, and they put that in a locker for pick up. I was totally unable to cancel the order for the oil that went in the blower they didn't have that I paid for. I called customer service and told them that if they did not refund my money and I had to go down there, they need to contact law enforcement because I am going to go full beast mode and someone is going to be wearing some oil. The guy on the phone was very kind and even offered a Lowes gift card. I was very grateful but have no need for a card I will never use. I will not return to Lowes. P.S. Another time we went and mentioned an online item. The associate actually laughed and said "we hardly ever have what it says online." read more

Dirty, dangerous, and unhelpful. They had stock everywhere but the shelves. Several tall stacking of items in the middle of isles were tumbled and askew. I had to remove my service dog for fear he would bump something and get crushed. I attempted to call this Lowe's prior to going to see if they could cut plexiglass yet I could never get beyond the auto answer bot. I called Home Depot and they said Lowe's was the only place in town that had a plexiglas cutter. I could find no one working in that area, went to a counter where the young woman overhead paged someone and told me to wait in the isle. After 10 minutes and stopping 4 other people in Lowe's vests (only to be told "I don't work this section") I finally gave up. I'll drive to Macon or ATL if I need anything from Lowe's. This review is for Rob Angel(the sub contractor that works for lowe"s), Zo Blasingame (Store Manager) and Lock out Fence.(Lowe's Contractor).My neighbor hired Lowe's to install a fence on her property. When I came home from work the day after they started I noticed that they put the post about 6 ft over the property line. I brought it to the the Contractors attention and he brushed me off and stated that I do not know where the property line is and sated they are going to finish the job so they can get paid and that I need to take it up with Lowe's because they paid them to do the Job. I did some research and got Rob Angel's number. I reached out to him and have never experienced a level of unprofessionalism in my life. He was very rude and basically told me to get bent. I did more research and got Zo's Blasingame name and number and he was more professional was still very unwilling to assist in any way. My neighbor was the only person to be understanding and we ordered a survey for the property line and and come to find out that it is EXACTLY where I told the contractor is was. If you are having a home project done PLEASE PLEASE stay as far away from these guys a possible. They will not take responsibility for any issues and WILL NOT HELP IF ANY PROBLEMS COME UP. read more

Hello my name is Brandon Beasley. I was just in your store 2704 Watson Blvd Warner Robins, GA 31093 United States the experience I have had in this store in the past I will never be back. I will go out of my way to go to either hwy 96 store or either Macon store before I ever go back to this location again. I was in there this morning like I previously said and I went to the plant clearance section and I found these two little lime hydrangeas that I was going to buy to bring back to life. I am a grower myself and I could have easily brought them back to life, but I went to customer service to see if I could get them at a lower price because they were pitiful and they do need major work to bring back to life. Instead they would rather see them die rather than to sell them at a cheaper price to someone willing to save them. I'm not spending $10.99 for each plant with them looking the way that they did. I am one very unhappy customer and I refuse to come back. I do know what it takes to bring it back to life. Your garden center and entire store is a joke. We have had nothing but bad experiences with this store a number of times. read more

Walked in the paint department. Nobody in sight to help me purchase the paint & I had the paint code ready for someone to mix. Waited 15 minutes...still no one so I go to service desk. They called for help in paint. Waited another 10 minutes...no one came. Went back to customer service desk they called again for someone to help me. Finally after another 10 minutes a lady came. I go to checkout. The light was on the cash register isle but no one at it. A long line waiting for the cashier working, but the other one was running her mouth to another employee joking and laughing. Finally, she went to the cash register lighted up & then refused to give me the military discount, as I did not have my license with me at the moment. Refused again and then asked another lady about the discount & refused again saying if I don't have my ID no discount. Then as I was talking with the other employee interrupted me telling me to be quiet & I came unglued and told her she could keep the paint, I'd never be back in the Watson Blvd Lowes store. What a bunch of morons this woman was. After waiting so long for the paint from extremely poor service, then denied me my military discount on Memorial Day weekend. How pathetic. This store will be closing soon because I've heard things like this kind of service from numerous people. Manager needs to get it together to make sure customers are taken care of. Worst appliance purchase/delivery process. I bought my appliances over 3 weeks ago. Scheduled delivery for 1 August, refrigerator wasn't ordered, washer got "lost". Biggest waste of time. Spend last three days waiting on installation and delivery. To top it off, our new refrigerator got here dented. Go to Home Depot and save yourselves time and a headache. read more

Sat, Sept 1, we had our pick up truck bed cover stolen from the parking lot of the Warner Robins store, within sight of the customer service desk. We reported it to Customer Noservice. They took our info and told us the person who could access the surveillance tape would contact us. It is now Sept 5 and we still haven't received a call. I am a new home owner and I have been trying to find plants and flowers for my home and front porch and Mrs. Vicki always takes the time to educate me on what to do and how to take care of them.
