I'm pretty sure this place is just a scam. I called to have a new key programmed for my Jeep. They said a technician would come in an hour. I told them I wanted a quote for the service and their confidence that they could actually complete the job, before sending someone. They assured me it wasn't an issue, and the technician would explain their pricing. The technician arrived, hovered around in the vehicle for 15 minutes, said they couldn't program the key for this particular make and model, and said I still owed him $50 for the service call. The guy never even pulled out a tool. Didn't use an OBD2 reader. Makes me wonder if they just ride around all day collecting small fees from people, without actually doing any work. We called Middle Ga Locksmiths for 2 jobs - to repair or replace a knob on an old door & to upgrade a lock. Pros: They were able to come out same day and arrived within a half of the time window (early) so that was ok. The did the work we were hoping for, and it functions. If you have newer hardware - probably fine. Cons: They are unable or hesitant to work with older hardware. Do not use if you are looking to preserve older items. The parts they replace with are functional, but lower quality. They wildly overcharged us to replace a keypad lock - unscrew & screw the new one back in. I'm not saying it should have been done for the price of the item, but yeesh - the price was steep. So ask for a price up front when calling if you aren't in a hurry like we were. Major Con: When they installed the new lock, they took the box, any instructions & an important part away with them! We had to call them to return the part! We did get the part back - but that was very annoying. The lack of follow through to make sure the job is all tied up was frustrating. read more

Wish that I had called them sooner. Asaff and Michael were great. Service was done super quick right in the parking garage. I needed a new key for my older vehicle. All the self-serve key machines, hardware stores and even the dealership were all unable to duplicate my weird key. They did what previously I was told couldn't be done. Plus they cost less than I was expecting. Now I have not one but Two backup keys. I am very pleased and highly recommend them for making car keys. (Susan F.) read more

Charged $125 for NOTHING!!!. The key fob still do not work to lock and unlock doors. Yet they still charged me. Three different people came and tried and failed to change anything. read more

I can say this was a terrible experience. Called to have a new key cut and programmed for my 08 Range Rover. I venmoed a 100 deposit and was told it would take five days to get the key as he had to order it. After 7days I had to text the rep and ask about the key. He finally got the key and set up a time to come program it. Showed up at my house and cut and tried to program it. I was told he ordered the wrong key and couldnt get it to program. I myself knew he had the right key because the blade width. He left. Two weeks later I had to text to ask what was the timeline because I was selling the car. NO response. The nexted day texted again. NO response. After another few days I finally called the office and was told I was set up on the 25 of April another week from now. I got sent to a supervisor then was told the manger would call that day.....again no response from no one. Finally at the end of the next day I called and had to request a refund with still no care for their mistakes. Entire month wasted due to no one had answers and would not respond when asked any questions. Now still having to find another source. Would NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. ENTIRE PLACE IS OBVIOUSLY RAN TERRIBLE. read more

**SHADY SCAMMERS** Quoted $10.00-$30.00 per lock. We have 11 locks, all standard excluding 1. Based on this quote, it should have been no more than $200-300 MAX. We were charged $650!! I called to speak with a member of management the following day and based on the customer service provided by Amber, it is apparent they could care less. Furthermore, I never received a call back.
