Nothing great, nothing terrible. Standard run of the mill service. I personally have better luck with United.

Not a fan of their customer service and reliability. Plenty of other places to go. Home depots right down the street.

    Bitter Lake

I'm kind of torn about what to give this place…read more I needed a truck on a Saturday morning to swap some furniture from my storage unit to my home. Uhaul, Budget, everyone was already booked up. Handy Andy gets bonus points for being able to accommodate me without an advance reservation. They also got us checked out quickly and charged the same rental fee as the other "big boys." The subtraction point is because the truck was an absolute junker. There was a hole in the driver's seat so big I could put my whole arm through it all the way to the floor. The truck cab was filthy. The cargo area floor was ripping up and there was no ramp. The truck was making a horrible noise - as if a belt was about to go. It felt like the suspension and shocks were totally shot. We had to be extra careful about using enough furniture padding and tie-downs. The place itself is an absolute dump. A literal junkyard. We left there wondering about the company's worker's comp history. There are tools hanging hap-hazardly all over the walls, multiple story shelves and an enormous crazy-hot totally open space heater that would have caught my pants on fire if I had been unfortunate enough to back into it while in line. The guys were nice enough and I did get a last-minute truck. But yeesh - what a rundown dump.

I said do what you gotta do. he was within a legal right so it is what it is. just expect a passive aggressive asshole when you go and you won't be disappointed

I recommend you avoid…read more Unfortunately, my difficulty with Mike and Pacific Nail & Staple (also dba as Power Equipment Services) has been ongoing for nineteen days now. I used the Stihl online inventory tool to locate a local dealer with the item I wanted "in stock." $1,728.95 later I was eager to pickup my new tool and put it to work. I received a phone call explaining that the item wasn't in inventory. Since this wasn't what was reflected online, I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. They agreed. A day later, Mike called and pleaded with me to take delivery. He was polite, but again I requested a refund. Since then, he is "unavailable" when I call and leave messages and hasn't returned several e-mails. So, please spare yourself the trouble and work with a more trustworthy vendor. There are several Stihl dealers in the region that I have worked with and appreciate. Unfortunately, this isn't one of them. I will update my review if a refund is provided. Otherwise, they have stolen $1,728.95 from me. My only solace comes from helping others avoid being victimized. Make better choices than me! Avoid Pacific Nail & Staple. Review update (7.9.25): The business appears to be having cash flow problems. Mike says the other Mike was fired (unable to verify). They admitted that they sold the tool they were holding for me to someone else (sold it twice). They still refused a refund. They did honor a store credit of $2k, so I left with a nice chainsaw and a complimentary baseball hat. Not as nice as a refund, but I'll take what I can get. I would avoid leaving them with any money without immediately collecting your purchase. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid similar problems.
