I would bring 4-6 nail guns at once, and it seems like they don't even check them properly. One time, I picked them up and only one was fixed, but I was charged for all of them. I get to my job site excited to use the tools, and they don't work. I've noticed this change happening over the last seven months or so. This has happened two times in a row now, and the last time I spoke to the guy in charge, he told me it's normal for the tools not to work after sitting there for a month after repair. Honestly, that just sounded like an excuse to me. Because of this, I'm going to look for a different place from now on. Just so you know, my review is only about their repair department. They do have a really good inventory if you're looking to buy something.

He had no idea what was wrong with it, he found David's Equipment Repair, not only were they able to come out to us and give us a diagnosis, they were also able to provide him with a quote for the work the forklift would need all within the same day! They fit us in for that week to service our lift, and not only is our lift running like new, but the customer service was amazing! They're quick and very knowledgeable. We've decided to keep them around to service all of our lifts every month, they do basic tune ups every month and check for proper operation so that they never break down. David has been in the business for over 40 years he said, and my husband trusts him fully with his forklifts, especially since he needs them to operate our business!
